Description of Work: Called and asked for an estimate. The person that answered stated that a service rep would call back. I asked if there was a charge for an estimate and she said no. When the rep called back, he stated that there is an $82.50 charge. They come out with the expectation of repairing or making a sale on an new door. I was not happy with the "bait and switch" type of behavior in handling my call and will look elsewhere to have my repair done!

Description of Work: This company put gutter toppers on for me in September 2003, and I could not have been happier with their service and performance. Recently, I had hail damage to my existing roof, and when the roofing contractor did the replacement, they removed and reinstalled my gutters and gutter topper incorrectly. The people from Gutter Flo came to my house free of charge and gave us a detailed list of what had been done incorrectly by the roofing contractor and complete instructions on how to correct the problem. Again, they did this free of charge and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.
