Description of Work: They put the wrong window inserts in the door and took over a month and 4 cancelled service dates to replace them. Also, charged me more for the door than the agreed upon price. Also, did not correctly install the wood trim around the door frame.

Description of Work: My garage door would not open/close. Garage Doors of Indpls sent a technician who found that the gear that pulls the door up was broken. They replaced the gear.

Description of Work: Garage Doors of Indianapolis installed new garage door openers for us. Things went pretty smoothly until one of the metal bars fell down off of the ceiling a couple of days. Good thing there wasn't a car underneath! Garage Doors was accommodating enough, but unfortunately the soonest time they could come out to fix it was about 2 in the morning. But they got it done, and things have worked well since then.

Description of Work: Door was bouncing up when trying to close. Called for service. Adjusted with a tune up and replaced rollers as they were causing a lot of jimmying and noise. Old were metal, new are like inline skates. Pleased with new sounds, or lack of same. Our rollers were only 7 years old but what an improvement. Nick did a good job. Had some issues with same problem 45 days later, called office and got some tips from office how to try and adjust. Humidity and other factors as well had been causing lots of problems so I was not alone. I think shadows cause issues at certain times of the day. It seems to be working fine now.

Description of Work: They installed new 16' x 9' garage door and also installed door opener that we purchased (the opener we purchased was about 60% of the cost of the same opener they sold, and the installation charge of $139 still made it less expensive for a total cost). It was a quick, efficient and clean installation. We would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: My wife and I moved to Carmel, and inherited a garage door opener that is missing the button and is taped together. After 2 weeks without returning my call, in which I left a message with the parts department, I still have not had a call back and don't have a remote for the door. Terrible.
