Description of Work: Was suppose to come out and fix my door after my wife backed into it, she called that night to have some one come out and fix it that day. They told her they would have someone out between 6pm and 9pm no one showed I got home from work and was able to get the door down and called to tell them to just come out on Friday morning @9am. My wife works nights and 9am is the best time for her. The tech calls her at 830 saying he was going to take care of another job before her and he would not be there at 9. Tech shows up around 10am does a half assed job beating dents out and talks my wife who is half asleep at this point into service we didn't need.. When I called their customer service they treated me as if I were the problem... When I quested them about the price one person even said well you could get a whole new door for $1000 or get it fixed.. My point exactly for $500 more I could get a complet new door or for 454 I can't get a half assed fix panel... Hmmm

I expected that I'd have to replace the door and they told me that they could replace a long metal bar which I had bent. They did that quickly and they also cleared the jam in the door. It was fast and affordable. I was very pleased. I have used them before and I'll use them again. They are now my preferred garage door service provider.
