Description of Work: I had an automatic garage door installed. The installer was very nice and professional and did a very good job. The size of my garage made his job more difficult and time consuming, but he did it very well...he did not rush through it.

Description of Work: I left a message to ask that the technicion call me first to see if I could adjust the reverse mechanism myself.No call back before he showed up.It was an easy adjustment I could have made myself,thus saving the 60 bucks.He was,however apologetic for the office glitch.

Description of Work: one of my rollers skipped the track. getting it back on track requires expert tools . could be dangerous to attempt repair yourself. 3 year old insulated steel door with 3/4 hp opener. 2 car residential. service response was same day. they were friendly and helpful. Glenn the tech fixed it in 10min. sprayed rollers and spring. BUT he knocked the track out of alignment where 2 track pieces come together. result a gap in the track uhith a sharp edge in the lower track piece that was going to chunk out pieces on the rollers. I called the next day ahd another tech came out to get track aligned. fixed it in 15 min. no charge. one roller had a knick in it--they refused to replace because door was 3 years old. they said there was no proof that their poor workmanship caused the nick in the roller even though I produced a piece of plastic that fit perfectly into the nick. lots of things go through my mind--was this a put up job to destroy my rollers or just an honest mistake? who knows-- a 10 min job took 2 days of my time as I had to wait for service. I used some space age glue to mend the chip in the roller and its still working.
