Description of Work: When one of my original double garage door's springs broke, I decided it was time to replace the door. Jeff came out for an estimate, made some definite new door improvement suggestions and temporarily repaired my existing door. Although it took two weeks for all the parts, the wait was worth it. I am very satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: Friday afternoon the spring broke on the garage door and I knew bad weather was coming Saturday night so I was able to call Friday night and they came out the next day and fixed that and also had a discount on new roller wheels so I got those too and now the garage door is a lot quieter so I am very happy.

Description of Work: I used the vendor's "Tune-up" ad for my garage door. After resolving a scheduling issue, the technician was on time and preformed the minimum tasks to satisfy the ad. I felt he could have done more and if I didn't ask him he would not have tightened the drive chain. I was not comfortable with the whole job.
