+ -1 moreSigned and returned their contract. Had them scheduled three separate times and they did not call or show up a single time. Took work off twice when I had them scheduled. Not even worth the phone call just call someone else.

+ -1 moreTerrible, they never performed on the executed contract.
Description of Work: Received a quote for blow in insulation over the phone. I was told they were 3-5 days out. Had to request the quote emailed to me twice. After a week of committing I left a message for Dave, the salesman. He never called back. I called the office and it still hadn't been scheduled after 10 days. 17 days after placing the order I called and asked for the owner to call me. He called and I told him the issue and he said he would look into it and get right back to me. I never received a call. This company is a joke.
