We purchased the 12 cleaning sessions from Groupon. We only had a single time someone showed and continued to get excuses from the owner that their computer system was not working. After no one ever showed up eventually the owner Mike stopped returning phone calls and emails. We had to go though Groupon to get a refund. A Horrible Experience!

They never showed up.

This Company is beyond unprofessional.  I signed up for a groupon late last year.  I called the owner, Michael, and I spoke with him in February in an attempt to schedule one of my 3 hr. cleaning sessions.  He was booked until May.  The first date he could get me in was to have been May 18.   I spoke with him on the phone and he assured me his Company would be there even though we were scheduling several months out.
I then went and checked online to see reviews.  All of the reviews on a few blogs online stated...do not buy a groupon as they do not show up".  I then called him back and had a lengthy discussion with him about this.  He said...oh''you know some reviews are bad even with the best of Companies".  I told him that I truly would appreciate a great cleaning and that I'd be more than happy to leave him a favorable review.  We spoke at length actually in February. 
The week of my cleaning I called him and reminded him of my scheduled cleaning date of May 18.  He stated that yes...I was on the books and that they would be at my house at 9:00 a.m. prompt for my cleaning.  I actually took time off of work for this cleaning.  Then, I received an automated reminder from his Company telling me that my scheduled cleaning was for May 18 at 9 a.m. 
9 a.m. came, then 9:20 came.  I called him, and he called me back.  He said he didn't know what was going on as he was in Bloomington, IN doing another job.  He assured me that he would find out what was happening and call me right back.  9:30 came, no call, 10:00 am came--no call--no one showed up  I sent him an e'mail asking him what was going on and he did not respond.
I left him 3 e'mails and he never responded.  I waited around until 11:15 a.m and no one called, no one came. 
I am appalled and amazed at the level of unprofessionalism that Futch and Futch has exhibited, and I do not recommend them at all. Use them if you want to throw money down the drain.  This is the 2nd time I've bought a cleaning from Living Social or Groupon , and no one has shown up and I've had terrible service.  They sell these, and they just do not honor their commitment.  I have left all favorable reviews on Angie's list except for another cleaniing company and then Futch and Futch.  I think Futch and Futch is even worse than the other as I had had multiple conversations with MIchael, the owner, and he assured me and confirmed my appointment several times.  All I can say is one word...unbelievable.  Unbelievable that a "business" would operate in this fashion  I don't understand why he isn't closed down.  F rating in all aspects.

I scheduled the three appointments online through their website and called a few days before my first cleaning to confirm it.  On the day of the cleaning, I left work early to meet them at my house and no one showed up.  My calls and E-mails asking to re-schedule because no one showed up went unanswered.  The second appointment I had scheduled was another no-show.  After this I E-mailed the daily deal site to get a refund.  Soon after my second appointment was a no-show, I noticed this company had another daily deal going on a different site which is ridiculous since they couldn't even honor their appointments from the first deal.  Don't be tempted by the low prices and choose another cleaning service.

It took me 3 months to schedule with this company. I gave them a call when it started to get close to my scheduled cleaning date. It took them a few days to get back with me.  I wanted to know when my appointment was. They said they would call me back, but after  3-4 days they never got back to me.  No response after several attempts to talk with this company. I?m definitely not happy with this. I have emailed, texted, and have made several phone calls.

I got my house ready for them to show up, thinking they still would show. No one ever showed up. This service was already paid for.
