I hired Jesse and Todd of Full House Painting to paint the interior of my house. They came out twice to review the work and provided a bid. The night before they were to start work, Jesse sent me an email letting me know that he could not start until 2 days later due to a unspecified personal reason. He did not have the courtesy to call or leave me a voicemail message about this unilateral change in start dates so I am glad that I checked my email the night before. However, we had already moved all our furniture and stored items before I read his email so that was a waste of our time. Additionally, my husband only has 2 personal days a year and he had already requested that day off so he was angry in that this was a wasted personal day for him. I called Jesse later and told him that we had to hire another painter on short notice to do this painting job and that his lack of professionalism greatly disappointed us. Jesse and Full House Painting is not a company that I would ever trust to show up.
