 + -1 moreI found Mark through a friend. We traded a few phone calls and text messages to establish a time and date when he would be available to come over. He showed up on time and came fully prepared for the task. He was friendly and easy to work with. Mark was honest and down to earth. His compensation was very fair and reasonable, even given the fact that the day he showed up the weather was supposed to be above 90 degrees, and I was clearly in need of some A/C by the end of the day. I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs some help with their A/C or furnace. He was very knowledgable and was a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Mark came out to our house to help me start-up and commission my new A/C system. I had purchased the system separately elsewhere and needed a hand to finish the install and start-up. Mark was very helpful in this process.

 + -1 moreHe was honest and very reliable. We will highly recommend him to anyone in need of heating and air. Per our request, he is going to give us a price on installing a unit for our 30 year old furnace which is in need of replacing.
Description of Work: Mark arrived on time the same day we called. Checked out our furnace which was not igniting. Offered two options to fix the problem. Was able to fix the problem on the spot and get our heat back to working order.
