 + -1 moreThey did not finish out our job. There is a space between the chimney and the roof where you can see daylight which is allowing rain to run down the bricks. We have a patio roof that is a little lower than the regular roof and they were climbing on it and now it leaks.
Description of Work: They put on a new roof.

 + -1 moreThey were very good. Insurance covered part of the bill. They seemed very professional. When I noticed something that wasn't the way I specified it they sent their people up there right then to fix it. They were very timely and did it all in a day. We've had roofs priced years ago and I'd say they were in line with it. They were punctual and afterward made sure everything was clean and all the nails were up.
Description of Work: Four Seasons Roofing put on a whole new roof, including the tear off.

 + -1 moreI felt pressured. I felt uneasy. I felt like I couldn't trust them. They pushed me hard to sign with them, before I felt comfortable.
Description of Work: We consulted them for roof repair or replacement after storm damage which tore a portion of roof off. They spent time getting information to give me an estimate. I have called them for the estimate and they won't give it to me. They wanted us to sign before giving me the estimate.

 + -1 moreI had a leak in the roof. He came back two additional times to get it fixed. He showed up when he said he was going to. He did what he said he was going to do. He cleaned up well. He did a good job.
Description of Work: He came to my house and replaced the strip of roofing on the deck roof that is up against the house. He was able to fix a leak that I had.
