Description of Work: Flat Fee Realty listed my home on MLS for a flat fee. I took the photos, (it was more convenient for me to do it) and they created the listing. Paying a flat fee to list my home saved me thousands of dollars in realtor commission. I paid either 3% or 3.5% commission to the buyers agent. Once I had an offer on my house they helped me find my new home. Vern is very knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, and helpful. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them highly.

+ -1 moreOverall the process went very well. Vern was extremely responsive and helped us save a significant amount of money by not having to pay the full sellers' agent commission. If you're the type of person who does not feel that there is anything scary about selling your home this is a great way to go. Or if you feel like you need a little extra you can always use the ala carte services. All in all please with the outcome and Vern's services and would use him again. Highly recommended.
