Courtney is awesome. I can't say enough good things. He was really easy to get a hold of and very responsive to all my incessant questions. He covered all the bases and took care of EVERYTHING, making the process of buying a house really seamless. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and I can't recommend him highly enough. Plus he just seemed like an all-around good guy and was really pleasant to work with. If I ever buy another home he will definitely be my mortgage broker again and I'd recommend him to anyone.
