As soon as I called the company they were able to send a rep. out to get the work done. They were very friendly and honest, they went above and beyond.

I called to schedule a time for them to pick up a treadmill and an electric mower. The treadmill was in the basement. The gentleman told me that my best financial option was to purchase their package on Angie's List - which I did. I took their next open slot which was the Tuesday after Independence Day. They called because they were running slightly early from the 12-2 slot that we scheduled. This worked out great. They carried the treadmill upstairs, gathered the other stuff from the garage, loaded it into their truck, asked for my voucher and left. All 3 men were very polite and efficient. I will definitely use this service again when I need "stuff" hauled away.

I am very hard to please, but they did it. The only bump was, they did not arrive at the scheduled time. However, they did call and explain why they were running late. Anyway, the appearance of the 2 men was exceptional for the type of work they were doing. As a matter of fact, they appeared to be college students, maybe doing a summer job. They were clean and respectful. The dump truck was clean and new looking. They were good workers; quick and orderly and intended to please.

Very nice group of workers, they did a great job and did not damage anything.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. This is the 3rd time I've used them and I really like them each time. They come on time and they're neatly dressed. They're young men. They're polite, trustworthy and they do really good work. I paid $40 more for their service.

I think it worked out fine; my husband was the one who was home and dealt with it. It was a little misleading because I think the deal kind of said that it was a pickup truck load-full, but when I called the guy to make the arrangements he said that it was really more like a three quarter pickup truck. But it was fine; they came, picked up the stuff, and they left. They were really prompt - I called, they answered, and they scheduled it right away.

I replaced the carpet in a bedroom with laminate flooring. Junk Dawgs took away the old carpet, padding and the laminate scraps left over from the project. I e-mailed them to setup an appointment and someone replied in a couple hours. Overall I'm very pleased with the service they provided.

I bought a big deal coupon for $79. I was a little disappointed with the description of their size of how much they will take away. It is little hard to assess for a non expert to judge how much you have is going to wind up being according to their cost. The guy that I spoke with about arranging the time to come and meet and the guy who actually evaluated what I had needed to be hauled away and the two guys that did the work were extremely professional. They were very polite and nice. They were efficient and quick. They cleaned up. The stuff that I wanted to take away was more than the coupon. We thought it will be ¾ of the truck but it ended up being the complete truck but he didn’t charge me extra. For a non professional to estimate it is difficult and frustrating as you think what is going to be the final amount. They got everything working and I appreciate that. After I bought the coupon they called me back immediately within a couple of hours. They asked when I want to schedule. I was impressed with them. After a week later I bought the coupon I had them come out a particular day. They called me ahead of time and said they will be there in 30 minutes and they were there. Everything was great. I had to pay additional $120. They were pleasant. For them to immediately respond was great. They were working in miserable weather conditions.

Very smooth transaction. Easy and fast scheduling, good communication, and they even swept the garage after loading the truck.

It was wonderful. It was done in a matter of a half hour.

I ordered Angie's List "Big Deal" of the day. They called within a few hours and set-up an appointment to take away my trash the following Tuesday. The guys that did the work were very professional and even cleaned up the remnants of the bushes so that my lawn was left looking very neat. I would definitely hire this company again.

They showed up on time and were very polite. The service took about 10-15 minutes and I would recommend them.

The service went well although the guys were 3 hours late due to car trouble.

To start, this was our first time hiring movers so we had no idea what to expect. Things started off great when they called to let us know they could come out early if we were ready. We weren't so they went and helped another crew while we finished things up. They showed up at the originally scheduled time. Both movers were incredibly down to earth and were a pleasure to work with. They were able to get everything done in a reasonable amount of time and nothing was damaged. What more could I ask for? Especially considering how affordable they are, I would recommend them to anyone for moving.

It went pretty well. I had a little bit of scheduling conflict but they made up for it. They came out and did a wonderful job. I was very satisfied. It just kind of worked out in terms of they did what I hoped they would do.

The service was excellent. The response was prompt. The gentlemen were polite and efficient. It was worth the price to save our backs if we had tried to haul the cabinet out of our basement area.

They were careful to watch the walls and doors when moving the furniture. The whole process took about 10 minutes. They arrived early for the appt. Great job.

We purchased the deal through Angie's List's site and set up the time for service via email. While we set the time for 3pm, they arrived at our house at Noon. They offered to return at a later time, but we were able to get the service completed at the earlier time. The leader of the crew stated that a half truck of junk is $310, so we paid the additional amount directly to Junk Dawgs. The service itself took less than 30 minutes and the crew was courteous.

They were running about 1 hour behind which I know happens. They called prior to the 1 hour to let me know the situation and what had occurred. They were extremely nice and hard working. They did a great job.

I would highly recommend Junk Dawgs to anyone! The 2 guys that came to our house were super friendly, even played with our big black lab!! They were lickity split....so fast and thorough and like I said even removed our basement door to get a washer out; they were so quiet I didn't even realize they had moved the washer upstairs and already had it in the truck! Very impressive!! Excellent service! We are remodeling our basement etc and I will definitely call them again! They left us a magnet and a brochure! Thanks so much again! Robin and Duane Reeder
