Sean and Jorge were pleasant, professional, and polite. Sean called me to let me know when to expect their arrival - and he was spot on for his estimate! They hauled out lots of junk that had accumulated in my basement - including an old weight set (way to go Jorge) with smiles on their faces and pleasant conversation. I chose Junk Dawgs in part because they donate any reusable items. As soon as we get around to cleaning out that garage, I'll give them another call. I would heartily recommend Junk Dawgs - and especially Sean and Jorge - to everyone.

As always, they did a great job. Ryan and Laura arrived right on time, worked efficiently and as with all of the employees of Junk Dawgs and Moving Dawgs, were polite, respectful, courteous and very friendly.

THEY CAME IN AND ASSESSED WHAT I WANTED HAULED AWAY AND GAVE ME A PRICE. IT ENEDED UP COSTING $60 MORE THAN THE COUPON PRICE OF $79

First off I had selected them based not just on their ratings but also the fact they are run by firefighters and employ others in addition to veterans. Both workers were totally polite, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. The company charges by the square yard for hauling standard materials, and assessed the expected price based on the volume of the debris. The TV was among if not the largest tube model ever made, a 40" Sony KV-40XBR800 weighing 304 lbs, + an 80 lb stand. The workers did not balk at all about it and simply called the office to confirm a reasonable additional price for hauling it, which we agreed on and they performed to my complete satisfaction. I could not be more pleased with the company, employees & service and fully recommend them for any hauling needs, and they are especially well prepared and comfortable with accomodating exceptionally large or heavy items.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. They were great to work with, did a great job and were very friendly. There is a fee that they do have to charge when they are disposing of something electronic like that and that was fine. The fee was additional to the Big Deal and it was easy to schedule an appointment. They came within a couple of days after we scheduled the deal and arranged their appointment according to our schedule. It was seamless. They were prompt and two men came out to haul up the television. I think we scheduled the appointment online and it was very professional from start to finish.

Everything went very smoothly. The work was scheduled for a date about a week after my phone call. The crew chief (James Vibbeck) called within the appointed two-hour "window" and predicted the team's arrival time, which turned out to be accurate to the minute. James and his co-worker (Laura Ingersoll) went straight to their work after introducing themselves and determining what would be involved. They were both very efficient, professional, and courteous. They did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased, and I will definitely call on them again in the future.

James and Laura arrived on time after calling to verify my address. After assessing the logistics, they set to cheerfully and efficiently. Because I was using a Groupon, James went over their usual fees and told me what the balance would be on the size of the load. My walls are covered with pictures and bookshelves, but they got everything out, including a very large bedstead, without mishap. I was very impressed. From the basement, a gas stove had to be disconnected before removal and they knew just what to do. I'm completely satisfied with the way they completed this job and would definitely call Junk Dawgs again.

Went very well. While all the junk I wanted tem to take was in my garage, they said in response to my question that they would haul stuff down from upstairs at no additional charge.

The guys called to let me know they were on the way. They gave me a quote and then went to work. The attic was hot and much more than expected but they kept at it. They were both very friendly and I would definitely use them again. It just feels good to get rid of all that junk and having an outlet for it was the biggest challenge.

When truck pulled up, I was informed that I had to pay additional $40 for pick up because of size of my trash load (even though my pick up did not fill truck). Was told that Groupon was for "smaller truck." Seemed like this fact should have been specified in Groupon prior to pick up.

Everything went great. Junk Dawgs answered emails quickly, it was easy to schedule a pick-up time, they arrived on time, and quickly loaded up the desk and filing cabinet. They had to remove the desk's legs in order for it to fit through the door at the top of the stairs. The file cabinet was rusty on the bottom from an old basement flood. I think they should have work gloves to protect their hands but they didn't seem to mind. A few minutes after they left, I remembered I wanted them to take the old office chair, too, so I called them to see if they could come back for it. No problem, they said, since they were still close by. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Junk Dawgs!

Ryan and Austin arrived on time, estimated the job, and then completed the work in less than an hour. They were very professional, careful of our walls and floors, and completely efficient at the task. We will definitely call Junk Dawgs/Moving Dawgs again when their help is needed and highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

Awesome. These young gentlemen are polite, respectful, hard-working, and waste no time! This was the second time I used them and both times, with different crews, were just as good. I plan to use them again. Details? They were even good with my dog and she loved it. The basement has a narrow staircase with a small landing and a 90 degree turn. I suggested they use the basement window to throw items onto the lawn, and they did when they could. I never heard a complaint .

I had them remove from junk I no longer needed. I was able to fill up ½ of the truck. They did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards. It was wonderful. Scheduling was easy and quick. They were also willing to around my schedule. The two guys that came were just great. They cleaned up all the lawn debris, raked and swept.

Went very well and was happy about the price. I had an entertainment center that was very heavy so did not want to move it myself. Thanks!

could have not gone better the 2 young men did a job in about 3 hours that would have taken me at least 2 weeks, and a trip to the hot tub for sore muscles.

They were fine. The timing was just what we asked for. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They did what they said they would do.

We used a Angie's list coupon, paying a flat fee for a small pick-up truck worth of hauling. Scheduling was easy and they accomodated our tight timeline. They called to confirm the pick-up time and location before coming which was helpful as we were running other errands as the time approached! They were delayed a bit in arriving but kept us informed so there were no unexpected issues. They were very professional and quickly loaded their truck and relieved us of our concern prior to turning the house over to new owners.

It turned out really well. We went over the details of the deal and he estimated how much the additional cost would be and I said yes let's go for it and they got right to work. I basically had it was to empty out my dad's house because he had passed away so everything was already in the garage. The servicing was pretty much in the garage just few things left in the house that I thought it was a job that would take several hours and it took them just a little over one hour. They were very quick, efficient professional, nice and real pleasure to do business with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would use them again.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for $79.00 from Junk Dawgs. It was for a pick up truck load of trash to be hauled. I called them and set up an appointment to come pick up the trash. They came on time and even called ahead to tell me when they would arrive. It was two very polite gentleman who were dressed in uniform shirts bearing the company name.They took away my items and gave me a coupon for future. i was very satisfied and would certainly use them again and tell others how great they were.

They arrived on time and after a "walk thru" to show them everything that needed to be hauled away, they got right to work. After loading up, we did a final "walk thru" to make sure everything I'd wanted to be removed was, in fact, removed. Would definitely re-hire. The two young men who took care of my work were both very polite and all about the job they were there to do. Great job!!!
