They were great, well spoken, polite guys who did a wonderful job. I actually obtained them through "Living Social", and paid an additional $40.00, for additional items (great deal). you just tell them where the items are and they do the work! we had 1/2 of it in the basement and the other 1/2 in the attic. I can't speak more highly of them. Thank you, Junk Dawg's!!

They were great. I would definitely use them again. They took away a bunch of large items that we couldn't get rid of ourselves including an old basketball hoop that had been left by the previous owners. The team that was sent was very professional and prompt as well as very quick. They were in and out in under an hour.

It went very well . They did their job and was out of my house in about a half and hour.

very well. arrived a little later than expected but within projected times. looked over what had to be done, decided how to go about it and did it. nice off duty firefighters who wasted no time getting it done.

Jeff and Laura did an excellent job. Jeff kept me informed of their arrival time since they were running a little late. I very much appreciate the communication and updates. Once they arrived, they were friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again for future projects!

We had tree branches and other yard trash in our back yard when we moved into our house and had accumulated additional branches over the year. We had purchased a bag dumpster for a remodeling project in process, but also had some materials left over for Junk Dawg to haul. The guys arrived on time, used a tarp to move everything from the back yard into their truck, leaving the area clean. We will definitely consider using Junk Dawgs for any of their services when needed. They were prompt and considerate of our property.

supposed to haul a small pickup truck of stuff through angies' list big deal. And i knew i only have a small pickup truck of stuff to be hauled but they did ask for more money because they said it has too much stuff. Will not use them again.

Laura, the receptionist, was my first contact with Junk Dawgs. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was warm, helpful and understanding. She patiently answered all my questions and didn't try to rush me off the phone. We were having the shed removed because my big Alaskan Malamute had gotten trapped under it last week and almost died (he had to be rescued by the local fire department) and she understood that we had to get that shed removed ASAP. The two-man crew arrived first thing Monday morning and got right to work. It was not the easiest job in the world but they worked hard and efficiently. They took away all the trash and dismantled the shed completely. I like the fact that all the workers at Junk Dawgs are either firefighters, service members or veterans.

They removed our items and had to collect more money above the pre-paid amount for disposal of the items. Was not aware there would be additional charges.

Junk Dawgs was fine. They came when they said they would although I wanted them to come a little earlier and everything worked out fine. I thought they were pretty good about getting back at me and letting me know what the schedule was so I felt good about that.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. They hauled away everything I needed to have hauled away. They even hauled away some extra stuff that I paid them for. I spent an additional $50-$60 because I also had an old trailer that I needed hauled away. They contacted me to set up a date when they could come and get it. They did a pretty good job and cleaned up. They were pretty much on time and were there when they said they would be there. They had to come back to get the trailer. They came back within an hour. I was pretty happy with what they did. I thought the price for the extra stuff was a little bit more than I should have had to pay but they were already there. They were on time and took away pretty much all the stuff I wanted. I would call them again if I had more stuff to haul away.

This was an Angie's Big Deal job. The work was scheduled at a time that was convenient for me and they even arrived a little early (but called first). They went over with me the items I wanted hauled away and provided an estimate of possible overages that would occur if the items exceeded the coupon price. I indicated I did not want to go over so they allowed me to prioritize what I wanted hauled and would inform me when I reached the limit. As it turned out, they hauled away all items I identified. The crew (James and Austin) were professional and courteous and friendly. I did have to pay a fuel surcharge as I was out of their normal servicing area, but I was informed of that when I made the appointment so it was not unexpected.

Fast. Courteous. Hard working. Thorough.

My husband and I tried to clean the area but the task was exhausting. The Junk Dawgs crew picked up the debris and rolled the dirty tires up the hill with ease. They were respectful and exceptionally polite. The crew wore professional uniforms which were covered with dirt and mud when they left, yet they didn't complain.. They honored the quoted price despitethe task being more work than anticipated. I will use junk Dawgs in the future. I chose Junk Dawgs based on the company being firefighters and/ or veterans. I support our community protectors.

Arrived on time -- early in fact. Called first to see if it was okay if they came earlier than scheduled. Gave me an ETA and they arrived exactly when they said. Estimated all of the items, discussed what was covered under the big deal (we knew that we had more than covered by coupon), then loaded all items in the truck promptly. Swept driveway afterwards. Workers were pleasant and professional. Would definitely use them again!

It went outstanding and did well. They are very conscience and friendly. I feel they are very competitively priced. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The service went great. The arrived as scheduled and quickly and professionally moved a Piano and hauled away a piece of trash. I would use them again.

Their guys, Ryan & Kyle, did a great job. Fighting spiders in the shed & hauling a bunch of odd junk from the backyard & basement. They deserve their A rating.

I called the week prior to the service and was easily scheduled in. On the day of the appointment, I received a phone call telling me they were running a little bit behind, but would call again when on their way. I did receive a call when they were 20 minutes away. Both employees introduced themselves and were very nice and friendly. I had more than what I had paid to be hauled. I was given a very reasonable quote to haul the extra. The junk and trash was loaded in their truck very quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the value of thr Big Deal and would deinitely use Junl Dawgs again to get rid junk. It was a very easy transcation and all of the staff were very nice.

services were performed as marketed, only because I personally supervised the workers. Had to ask them twice to pick up items partly that were either partly under a shrub or partly in the dirt.
