The picked up a bunch of trash, included some rotting firewood. They arrived on time and did all they said they would. They cleaned up better than I expected. | |I will use them again!

I can't give an opinion on the cost because the service was arranged by a contractor who included the charges in his bill. A two man crew (I never did get their names) spent just under 2 hours in my basement clearing out two decades of accumulated stuff and water-damaged materials. They filled a truck and left my basement more accessible than it has been in more than 15 years. I am amazed at just how much work two men can accomplish in less than two hours. All I had to do was point out what was to go and what stayed. It was a job I never could have done on my own. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone seeking removal services. They cleaned up after themselves to the extent they could even though any mess was left by my stuff and not by them on their own. Efficient, personable and professional. Great job!!!

Experience was just great. They called when they were on their way, arrived on time and were very professional.

These guys were terrific. They were punctual (and called before arrival), polite, fast, and very professional. they say they will remove ANYTHING, and it's true?they had a hot tub in the truck they had picked up earlier. They tell me they are now in the moving business as well. I would certainly use them again!

UNABLE TO ASSESS AS WAS NOT ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE SERVICE I PAID FOR.NOT CERTAIN ABOUT ATTEMPTED CONTACT DATES. DID RECEIVE A VOICE MSG RESPONSE BUT NO RESPONSE WAS REC'D BACK FROM JUNK DAWGS. I WENT AHEAD & HAD SOME FAMILY MEMBERS HAUL OFF THE ITEMS I HAD PLANNED FOR JUNK DAWGS TO HAUL.

It went very well; he finished the job in less than 10 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience, they were in and out and efficient. They were very helpful and saved me from having to do it myself. I would use them again.

They were nice and they came on time. The only thing I didn't like was the price went up after they got here. They reduced the price but not to the point of what the guy said on the phone.

I needed a desk hauled from the basement to the first floor. One hauling service never got back with me despite leaving two messages for them - otheres wanted a minimum of two or more hours.junk Dawgs were willing to work with me and brought the desk upstairs. Professional, courteous, helpful. In the future, I am going to need many things hauled away and will be call Junk Dawgs, again.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They found that the fridge we had (bought with the house) was too large to fit through the doorway. So they removed the doors and carted everything out separately. The entire experience probably took no longer than 15 minutes total. They were in and out quickly and cleanly. We would definitely use them again.

Austin and James called 30 minutes prior to their arrival (which was 30 minutes ahead of schedule :0). When they arrived they got right To work on removing the unwanted items from the attic. When finished the pricing was explained and was reasonable. I appreciate the hard work and will recommend and/or use them again.

Kyle and Josh did a great job in removing the pile of boards from a deck that had been removed from my house. They worked with me to fill up a truckload with brush and junk that had been piled up next to the garage. They were timely, efficient and personable. I will definitely use Junk Dawgs again!

Fantastic. I cannot say enough about how great this company is. The 2 men who showed up were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about hauling. I thought all the items in the garage would never fit in the truck but every last piece was carried off and they finished by cleaning the floor in the garage and the area around the truck.

My appointment was scheduled for afternoon, but I received a call in the morning offering me an earlier time for pick-up. The two employees, Ryan and Jorge, were very polite and accommodating. Most items fell within my Angie's List deal, but Ryan informed me that there would be an additional charge for the TV and treadmill. That charge was minimal and fair. The two men were quick and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again when I plan a move.

Kyle and Ryan were there before me! They were quick, professional and caring of items. They found things they thought might not be part of the clean out and saved me heartache later! I would use this service again and made note that they also do moving! I will recommend Junk Dawgs in the future!

Removed large pieces of furniture from second story bedroom and basement for donation. Kyle and Ryan were both very professional, courteous. Would highly recommend them and plan to call again in the future.

The men who came to my home were very professional and friendly. They were very careful in moving items through the house to their truck. The project was done very quickly and carefully. I would use their service again and recommend them to my friends.

October 14, 2013. The gentleman was polite, however, he stated after I gave him my home address, that I was out of their service area and it would be necessary to add a $25 gas surcharge. I declined and have asked for a refund since the original ad did not mention the possibility of an additional charge. Thank you. Update 10/17/2013: After I cancelled this Deal, the owner called me to apologize that the travel charge was not included in the Deal description. He offered to honor the pricing for the Deal and remove that travel charge. Unfortunately, I had already scheduled something else and I was not able to take advantage of his offer, but I do appreciate him taking the time to call and apologize.

Kyle and Josh called in advance to let me know when they would arrive and arrived promptly at the time they said they would. I had a Angie's list coupon for $115 for $140 worth of hauling. The guys worked non stop and continued even though it started to rain. They estimated what how much of my brush would fit in the truck and were exactly right. They eve raked the yard underneath the debree they hauled away so you couldnt even tell that there had been a mountain of brush there before. This is the second time i've used Junk Dawgs and I will definitely use them again as you can't beat there price, promptness and quality work.

We purchased a Big Deal for $79. The pick up was scheduled promptly. Kyle and Ryan arrived within the given time frame. The guys were polite and professional. They were nice enough to advise me that they could haul more items for the deal price. They ended up taking items we were going to donate or recycle as they do that as well. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I rec'd a call when they were on their way. I showed the guys, Seth & James, what needed to go, & they went to work! Didn't take long @ all. The guys were polite & personable. The job itself went smoothly & I have no complaints. But I disagree with the price; I feel it's too high & that I should have been able to use a coupon---either the one online or for being a 1st time customer. (And if I had known they were going to put up another coupon via Angie's List, I would have waited a month!)

They were prompt, professional, careful, quick. I thought the price was high but they quoted it before they did anything and I agreed.

Junk Dawgs called an hour ahead of scheduled time for pickup to let us know they were ahead of schedule. We gladly had them come out early. Ryan and Jorge were very friendly and helpful. They moved quickly and even cleaned up some sand that spilled out of a bag. We were very impressed with the service and have already recommended the service to a friend.
