Fire Dawgs Junk Removal Indianapolis

When Junk Dawgs arrived at my home, two very pleasant young men came to the door. They were there to haul away an old extremely heavy slate topped pool table. I questioned whether they were strong enough even pick it up, they couldn't have weighed more than 140 lbs each!! Kyle assured me they would it give their best shot. Kyle and Brandon were well organized, knew exactly what to do and how to do it. The two young men are Veterans and it shows in their professionalism. I am very pleased I called Junk Dawgs, the price was worth getting the pool table out of the house. I will call Junk Dawgs again for hauling away junk and any moving I may have in the future.

This turned out great! I had them haul away things we no longer needed and some junk like 2 mattresses. We used them in the past as well. This deal was for two guys with no time limit. They were able to finish the job quickly and we have no complaints with their service. This was very easy to schedule as well. They crew is always nice and professional. I see no room for improvement.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. My husband did most of the interaction with them. They got rid of everything that we wanted to get rid of and they came out within a week of us purchasing the big deal. The price was average.

They took some yard debris for the big deal price of $79 and some wood boards from the garage for an additional $20.

These guys - Matt and Jeff - were wonderful. They came on time and very efficiently and professionally gathered our trash and loaded it in their very cool, clean truck. When they were finished they swept up the little debris so our garage was even better than before. Amazing company and I absolutely would use them again.

Squad Junk Dawgs, Kyle and Ryan made what I thought would be a headache of a morning go by great. Great attitude and great energy, that all I think it takes to be a successful person and they have that.

There was additional hauling to be done outside of the deal, which they did at a very reasonable price. The company was started by and is owned by Firefighters and gave my son a discount for being a firefighter, which was appreciated. They even took a broom and cleaned up the debris left behind. I felt they went above and beyond.

I contacted them online to get a general price quote. We arranged a time/date. They called half hour before arrival. The two guys - Ryan and Brandon - were very professional and friendly. They looked at all my junk, in various places around the house and yard. They gave me a quote that was in line with the online quote - slightly more as I had added items to the list since the original contact. They finished everything within 20 minutes. Overall an excellent customer experience and the pricing is lower than similar services I have tried. Would definitely recommend.

Kyle and Josh were right on time, extremely friendly, professional, upfront about the cost, and did exactly what I asked. We had parts of an old fence lying in our yard and Kyle and Josh cleaned everything up, hauled it away, and our yard looks great now! They were worth every penny!

$79 special + $25 trip charge (to Martinsville) to haul off load of scrap wood from torn down deck. Prompt, punctual, friendly and professional. Would use them again.

The guys did great! My appt window was 4-6. They called about 3:45 and were here about 4:15. I had several large, heavy items which they took with no problem. All told they were here about 45 minutes. Very efficient.

They did good work, but left one beam outside of the dumpster.

They hauled away concrete blocks and other heavy, bulky items.

They called to let us know they were on their way and they arrived early. We already had all of the 'junk' out waiting for them. They very neatly and efficiently loaded everything into their truck and were gone down the road! I also liked that they told us that all of them were veterans of the Armed Services.

The gentlemen were very quick, careful and polite. Would definitely use them again.

They were absolutely GREAT! I was concerned about them being able to remove the tv, but they removed everything and even cleaned the garage floor when done. They were very professional and I would use them again.

I needed the work done within a City Building Commissioner's citation ordered date. They did it within the time required.

I thought $79 was a reasonable price to get rid of the stuff, but I thought the additional $25 to come out to Greenfield put the total cost a little higher than I thought it should be. Still, the stuff that was taking up so much space is gone now and I'm happy.

I bought the big deal for a small load of items in my garage. They arrived promptly, were professional and friendly. While there were there I ask for an estimate to clean out my storage shed. They told me that had time and space that day and willingly took a look at the shed. For an additional $70.00 they cleaned out my shed. It was full of items that hadn't been touched in 25 years. They checked with me before finishing to make sure I wanted certain items to go, before loading them. I was thrilled. I didn't expect to do it all in the same day. The price was great. They even swept the shed which was a bonus. I liked the idea that they would sort the items and donate what could be used by someone else. All this was so helpful and far more efficient than I could have ever done by myself. The attic is next and I will certainly use them again.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal to remove some accumulated junk in the garage. Junk Dawgs were courteous, professional, on-time, and detail oriented. They didn't "nickle and dime" and took what was there. They called ahead of time and arrived promptly. Asked good questions about what was supposed to go and what was to stay. | |A great experience and a great company.

They were very nice and we would use them again.

We had a large pile of varied trash items that we had been stacking up beside the barn as we cleaned up around our property. Junk Dawgs arrived on time and quickly and professionally cleaned up the pile and left the area completely clean. The only reason I would not use them again is because they said we are outside their normal service area which is why they charged and extra $25 travel fee.

Hauled a great deal of remodeling debris. In the future a picture of the size truck that is in the Big Deal would be benifcial and help the purchaser to better estimate the amount of debris that is included in the "deal". Other than this suggestion they were extremely profession in every way. Super communications!
