Purchased a big deal from e mail special. When I called to schedule the man was rude and told me the 49.00 was for something like a refrigerator. Any additional items they would look at when they arrived and give me an estimate. Totally not what was advertised. Very Unhappy!!

They arrived early, removed all the junk we had in the basement which included large and heavy exercise equipment , mattress and headboards etc. They had to go up and down our stairs multiple times. They were quick-courteous and managed to take everything we had in one load. Isaioh and Jerry Were wonderfulI would highly recommend the service and both of the workers .

These guys are great. This was the third time we used them and every time they have always made it within the time window they gave me. I appreciate their work ethic and great business practice.

I CALL TO SET UP A APPOINTMENT FOR THE ""PRICE" THEY HAD PUT ON ANGIE LIST, AND I PAID FOR THE COUPON, ONCE AGAIN FALSE ADVERTISMENT...HE QUOTED STARTING PRICE OF 150.00 OR 179.00 IT WAS SOMETHING IN THAT BALL PARK..BUT ANGIE LIST SAID $49.00 A BIG (JUMP) I DON'T THINK I WILL BE USING ANGIE LIST TO PURSHACE ANYTHING ONLY TO FIND PROVIDERS THE COUPONS ARE FALES ADVERTISMENT JUST TO FLEECE THE PEOPLE...MY OPINION

Went great, they contacted me shortly after i purchased the deal of the day and showed up on time to pick it up

They did a wonderful job! They were able to arrive a little earlier than we originally planned and quickly had all the junk loaded to haul away. They were very polite and friendly and swept the garage floor when they had finished. It was exactly what we wanted and needed for them to do, and we would definitely hire then again.

Worst Angie's List experience I've ever had. I purchased a Big Deal titled "$49 for Spring Junk Hauling". After the purchase, I contacted the company and left a message with my contact information. A week later, they had not returned my call, so I called again and actually spoke to someone this time. I stated what I needed done and they asked me to estimate a number of pickup truck loads. I told them no more than 2 and they told me the cost and I was shocked. They stated that the deal was for $105 worth of services for $49. I stated that deals like that are usually titled "$x for $x worth of service" and they agreed it should have been worded differently because it was misleading. However, no refund was offered. I wasn't expecting them to haul away several truckloads, but I figured 1 full (maybe a bit oversized) truckload at most wasn't unreasonable and had no idea that their intent was to discount the normal service price by $56, because that's not how the deal was worded. At any rate, I was very disappointed, but scheduled the service and decided that I would just have them haul away $105 worth of the junk I wanted removed. When they showed up, the driver was very rude and demanded either payment or that we show proof that we purchased the Big Deal. I thought to myself "What? You have the proof. That's how you got my contact info in the first place!". I told him to call the office and verify and he did, but this seemed to be an inconvenience. I was under the impression from our discussion that they were going to haul away the 2 large cylindrical trash containers, the plastic doghouse and the mini-fridge. However, they left the mini-fridge behind, so for $105, they only took 2 containers and the plastic doghouse, which in my opinion is a ripoff. I'm not sure how they determine what $105 worth of service is, but it seems like it's up to the driver to determine on the spot based on his whims. I would think at the very least, it would be one full truckload. Based on their lack of responsiveness, rudeness and unprofessionalism, lack of customer service, misleading advertising, and overpriced services, I will never consider using this Company again. Terrible!

I purchased a big deal. I called and set up an appointment and they were able to be here the very next day. They called when they were about 20 min out from arriving. The time slot was 10-Noon and they arrived at 10:20. They were courteous and quickly had my garage cleaned out.

This was a great experience from the first call to the completed service! They scedu;ed a pickup within 36 hours The contact person was very polite, efficient getting all needed information. Josh and Isaiah were prompt, and polite. Both pieces were difficult to get out but the were able to figure a way to remove them. They worked quick;ly and finished in what I would call record time. I highly recommend this service.

We set the date for service for April 30 between 10 and noon. Matt called about 11:15 and said he would be there in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time, was very professional and left no mess. Very excellent job. Well done!

I was very pleased with the service I received from JunkDawgs,Inc. I had a heavy chair that I wanted to have hauled away and didn't know if the trash people would take it or if I would have to look for someone to haul it away. A special for hauling was placed on Angie's List and I grabbed it. I called to schedule the pickup and the person on the phone was very nice. The two gentlemen who came to pick it up were very professional and courteous. They called shortly before they were to arrive to give me their estimated time of arrival and came promptly at that time. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again. Was also very pleased to learn this company is owned by firefighters. I like to suppose these men.

Josh and Zach did an excellent job. Some landscaping blocks had to be removed to move the large hot tub and they were placed back perfectly. They cleaned up behind themselves in all areas. In less time than seemed possible, the entire truck was filled. We will be using their services again in the future.

They were friendly and they came and did what they were supposed to do and no problems whatsoever.

I have used this firm before and was once again very pleased with the quality of the service and the representatives that carried it out. I had a small load of items in my garage that I needed picked-up and hauled away. Junk Dawgs kept me informed as to how they were doing in ensuring that they were at my house as scheduled. They arrived on time, did all the loading work, quickly, and efficiently. It is a pleasure for me to deal with this firm because, in addition to excellent service, the representatives are firemen and veterans. The rep's have always been cordial and very efficient. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

These guys were great. As part of the terms of purchase of a house we just bought, we inherited all the contents that the sellers did not take with them, none of which was worth keeping. This was a much bigger project than most of those reviewed here, and Junk Dawgs underestimated how many truckloads it would take - it eventually took just over four - but the stuff had to go and I wasn't too concerned that it cost more than I anticipated. They did a great job and stayed late to make sure everything went. We would definitely use them again, and can recommend them without reservation.

It went great! They called twice to keep me informed of their arrival time. They had to make multiple trips up and down steps and were very careful each time not to bump into wall or door. They were concerned about their truck causing damage to the lawn and driveway, so they parked on the street and carried each item . They were so kind and professional. Love theses guys and am planning on using them for a whole house move.

I found them through Angie's List Big Deal. They were very efficient. I liked the fact that they literally walked into my house, went down to the basement and grabbed the couch. I didn’t have to do anything besides point to where it was. They hauled away a bunch of junk which was pretty much what I needed them to do.

They called ahead of time and were at my house within the time they said. They took care of everything I had set a side and had to pay a little extra to get rid of a old frig. They were done within a half hour.

They drove by to look at the items in my driveway and they said it was going to be $400. I thought the price was crazy. I ended up being able to give most of the boxes away to people in the neighborhood and I was able to get rid of the rest of the stuff in stages. They were professional.

They were on time. They were courteous They were fast They cleaned up the area when finished/. I could not ask for better service. I would use them again and will recommend them to my friends

Fine, I did send them a message though and I never heard back from them. When I got my statement from them, it showed a little bit cheaper price than what I paid for but I never got a feedback from them, it wasn't a bit amount but it was just like a minor question, so I did not even pursue it. They showed up when they said they would. They were very nice. I spend an extra sixty dollars.

Ryan and James did a great job! They had to remove all of the heavy things from the upstairs and also from the basement. They were pleasant and were careful with the surrounding walls, etc. as they were hauling things out. They worked non-stop till the job was completed. I would highly recommend them and will hire them again.

They were very polite and this job was not easy at all. No complaints or fussing about the job at hand. I would highly recommend.
