They are always great! I appreciate that they are fireman providing this service on the side. They are very professional, trustworthy, and able to give you a firm estimate for your job. I would most definitely use them in the future. They have reasonable pricing too.

I needed to have a lot of junk hauled away from a home we were preparing for sale. I had looked into having a junk hauler come and haul it away from where I had stacked it in the garage, but the cost to do this was going to be over $500. Then I looked into renting a dumpster, which was going to be closer to $300. When I mentioned to them that I would only need the dumpster for a day, they quoted me a two day special. They would bring a 16 Cu Yd dumpster to my location for $99 plus a $30 fuel charge and $45/ton of debris. This seemed like the best option. They driver arrived on time and carefully placed the dumpster on the drive using wood on the driveway for the roll off so that it would not be damaged. I filled the dumpster that afternoon and they came the next day to remove it. Within an hour of two I had my final price and they billed my credit card. Overall I was very pleased. I only had two minor issues with them. The first is that, while it's not totally necessary, they like you to be present when they drop off and pick up the dumpster. The drop off is more critical since they can more easily work with you to place the dumpster. However, they give you a very small call ahead window. I was almost not able to make it to the home before they arrived. The next day at pickup, they only gave me a 5 minute heads up and there was no way I could have made it there in that time frame. Second, the driver had been very careful in maneuvering the truck with the dumpster when he dropped it off. But I could tell when he'd picked it up, that he'd driven into the yard a little. Just the day before we'd had some rain and this did leave some indentations in the lawn. If I had to do it over again, I'd have had him drop the dumpster at a different angle that would not have interfered with our filling it and would have made it easier to retrieve.

The work was very easy to schedule. The crew arrived on time; both workers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They went right to work and took care of everything. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

I was, once again, very pleased with the service provided by this company. Bob and Brandon arrived on time, and very quickly had all the yard debris removed from my front lawn. Their teamwork was impressive. They loaded the debris, raked up the yard area and swept the sidewalk, leaving everything completely clean. They were very courteous and professional and I would definitely hire them again.

Very punctual, polite, and helpful! They were patient and flexible while we figured out the best exit door to remove the couch from the nursing home. Very prompt in returning my phone call as well!

Isaiah and Jerry from Junk Dawgs were fantastic, professional, and courteous. They were very understanding of our underestimate of the amount of junk, waited a few extra minutes for us to get everything together, and asked when they needed to clarify what was being hauled away. They called before arriving, arrived on time (even a little early), and were exceedingly helpful. We'd recommend their service to anyone!

They arrived early. I teach so the earliest I could get there was 4:30. They were waiting on me, and had called to let me know they were there waiting for me. I opened the garage door, showed them specifically what I wanted removed. They removed it and told me in advance that I would be charged additionally because my junk took up more room in their trunk than was covered by the Angies List Big Deal. They were clean, very nice, not scary and left the garage in good shape -- kind of swept things up a little bit.

The service providers details of service are inaccurate. They say the provide removal of anything less than the size of a refrigerator for $49. Well they should say they provide removal of anything that is the cumulative or multiple items combined to the size of a refrigerator no more.

They were great. They moved a large television and entertainment center from the second floor of our house and hauled them away.

I had quite a bit of winter yard trash that needed to be removed. It was way too much to pile up and burn and I couldn't even mow the grass because of all the limbs. They came out on time, were courteous and professional. Everything was cleaned up just they way I wanted it.

Angie's List Big Deal. I'd sold my home, and went to live temporarily in an apartment while I searched for a new home. Meantime, I put a lot of my stuff in storage. Had them come and move stuff from storage unit to condo I bought. Speaking with the movers, I found out that they all had backgrounds in the military and/or firefighting. This showed in their considerable courtesy and professionalism, and in the precision with which they organized the move. Very happy with the service, and would use them again.

Our movers were Zach and Jorge. They were very professional in every way. One item in particular was very difficult to remove. It was an old, empty fuel tank on a stand. It required some engineering to remove the tank from the stand and then to get it into their truck bed, but they didn't give up or complain. They completed the job in a timely fashion. Actually our appointment was for between noon and 2:00 p.m. I received a phone call from Zach saying they were running a bit late and would probably arrive near 3:30 p.m., which they did. Several other items were also removed like old fence materials, computer, branches from tree, etc. I would definitely use Junk Dawgs Services again.

Two guys came, and they were both very fast, but careful. They did a great job moving some furniture to a different floor, and they even hauled away some extra junk I had. I will definitely use them again, when the need arises.

Jerry and Ron were great - called on a Wednesday and they came Friday morning - faster than we expected but we were thrilled as we wanted the work done soon, just didn't think it would be possible. They arrived on time and finished in about 1.5 hours. In summary we were very happy.
