Punctual, responsive. Their way of quantifying junk can be more specific. When they say junk the size of a refrigerator in volume - it leaves a lot of ambiguity. A better way to define it could be by 1/2 or full truck loads.

I purchased a Amazon Local for $49, the same offer they have with Angie's List. I went to the website and filled out the form for an appointment and described the project. One day went by and no response; the next day I called and got an answering machine and left a message and there was no response as of this date to either attempt to contact (08/08/14). In the mean time, I check Angie's List for to see their ratings. I look at the F's and they all save one revolve around the $49 coupon. The coupon says that you will get $105 worth of work for $49. Not being in their industry, I had no idea that all that covers is a refrigerator or something similar to that and I need yard waste removed. In each instance they say if you read our website that is made clear and they are right. If you do; it does but I think they know that when people are purchasing the coupon they think they are getting more than that. While it is legal; while it is correct; it is not a nice way to do business. As for the service they provide, I wouldn't know because they never called or emailed me back. I cancelled my coupon and continued my search for someone to remove my yard waste.

The actual job went very well. They were several hours late, but when I called at the end of their time window the dispatcher explained that they would be late. The haulers were professional and polite, and worked very hard!

From the moment I called to the moment they left everything was great. They were able to come out a few days after I called and that was asking for a specific time. I'm sure they'd come out sooner had I been more flexible. Very professional and cleaned up after they removed all the items. I would hire this company again! Kyle and Josh were great! They were absolutely fabulous. They were a bit late but rang us to tell us that. There were 3 guys and they did a great job and got everything moved from one house to the other in 2 hours, which included removing the basement bannister to get a refrigerator down the stairs. Would use them again without question.

They just performed the service for me last week and they were wonderful. The price for what they did was good. They were professional and took care of everything for me. It was a very short transaction. They wanted my transaction order, which I didn’t have the time, this was to honor the Big Deal price since they didn’t have any paper work with them. I was not told I needed it so they said they will make sure that they make note of that for the next time they offer of Big Deal or other deal.

I called to schedule the appointment, they explained how much it would cost. I was under the impression the coupon would cover the service. The guy in the phone said Angie's List was responsible for the communication of services rendered. I contacted Angie's List.

A three man crew moved my sister. They showed up when they were supposed and did what they promised. They were professional and we didn’t even need the truck because she was moving from one apartment to another. They were very careful with her things.

They have not been very accommodating and they didn’t even try and work with my schedule at all. They seemed short and unwilling to help.

Someone else that we knew had used them that's why we use them. They were very pleasant, efficient, very professional and reliable.

The Junk Dawgs team did a great job. This is the second time we worked with them. We had a little trouble working out the scheduling but we were able to get it resolved. They removed wheel barrows, lawn carts, broken concrete lawn edging and other items. The deal we purchased was $49 for $105 of hauling. We paid an additional $175 based on the size of the load.

They were very nice guys who were professional. Got the job done quickly. I have one issue with the Angie's list coupons/deals... there seems to always be added cost so the deal you think you are getting is never as it seems. Had this happen with carpet cleaning and now with this junk hauling. Was suppose to be $49 ended up $ 84. I didn't think I had an exceptional amount of stuff to get rid but somehow it was determined to be extra. Just saying...better to be honest and up front at the getgo without all the fine print.

Fire Dawgs wanted exact dimensions of cabinets; I sent them dimensions as well as photos and they quoted between $230.00 and $280.00 with the discount. I found someone else to do work for $150.00 without a voucher or coupon.

Amount to be hauled away would have cost quite a bit more than my normal hauler would have charged. I got this info when I called to scheduled the service. Service provider was polite and they did send an e-mail re scheduling shortly after I purchased their Big Deal.
