I have used the company in the past. The technicians are very hard workers and do great work. Two people came out and competed the job in about 45 minutes. They were very efficient workers and very polite. I had no problem scheduling the service.

Did not arrive as scheduled, but kept me informed as to when they would be coming. Went right to work and got everything done in record time. I was satisfied and definitely plan on using them again. Workers were clean, friendly and courteous.

I purchased the dumpster rental through Angie's List deals. I was not contacted as promised at the time of purchase. I ended up contacting Angie's List several days later and the problem was resolved. The dumpster was a week late, but all was fine once it was delivered. The issue may have been on Angie's end.

Alex and Kyle were great! I didn't know what I was going to do when I opened that freezer and realized it had stopped working a long time ago. meat was spoiled in the bottom. eww! I knew I couldn't deal with it. They took it all away!

It went well. They were on time and I really just wanted to get the stuff out of my garage. It's cheaper to take stuff to the dump yourself but this was convenient and I didn't have to move anything. It's just a little pricey but in line with most junk removal places, maybe even a little cheaper and I bought an Angie's list deal which helped.

I was very disappointed when I spoke with their representative to find out the amount of material to be collected would be only the size of a refrigerator laying down. The $49 had already been charged to my credit card. They were prompt and courteous, but I did not realize how little would be picked up for the advertised cost. Once we realized this, we complied but I will not use a 'bargain' service promoted on Angie's List again.

The service was fine. They took some old furniture away and helped move furniture inside of the house for us. They were very pleasant and took care of everything we needed.

Went very well. Easy to contact and schedule. Prompt and courteous. Gentlemen were even engaging and kind to my young children asking questions.

It went very well. It took awhile to get a date set up but communication was good and service was great. Took them about 5 minutes to load everything up and the job was complete. Well worth it to me because even with a truck it would have taken a few trips and made a big mess.

Everything was great. Scheduling was fantastic and I was able to get an extra day due to Labor Day. They put planks of wood under the dumpster wheels and skids to protect my driveway. Will use again!

The reason I hired them is because they did not have the restrictions other companies had. They were able to get all of the bricks out in one hauling. I was not home while they did the service but I was pleased with the outcome. I remember it was a group of veterans who started the business and that caught my eye. I had no difficulties scheduling the service.

Very clean and professional. I had items in the basement and outside. I really appreciated that I did not have to haul any of the materials to the driveway. They did all the heavy lifting!

I intended to use this big deal coupon that I purchased, but I found someone who would do it for free. Though each time I called this company, they were very kind, polite, and helpful.

I bought the Big Deal for $49 to haul away a refrigerator-sized load. I used this to have Fire Dawgs remove an old wood pile that was about the size of a refrigerator. We scheduled the day that I bought my Big Deal. They gave me an 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. window on the date I requested. They called 20 minutes ahead to say they were coming. They were prompt and professional. Hauled away my old wood pile and did not leave a trail of yard waste behind. They cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I booked the " big deal " coupon and had no problem understanding what it covered. Volume the size of a normal refrigerator is something anyone can understand . I had additional items to be removed and I feel the additional cost was more than fair. Very professional, on time , job done right. The appointment was scheduled promptly with a reasonable window of 2 hours not the all day deal some service providers offer. They arrived on time. One item was bigger than expected , a huge TV attached to a cabinet and yet they removed it anyway. I will definitely use their services again.
