They were really good. There were no additional charges to the $49 Big Deal purchase price.

I was a little disappointed, because my husband and they said they would come out between eight and twelve but they did not. I later called them myself and they came. They did not charge me more than 49.00 though there was more staff to be taken out. They were also very friendly and did a good job.

Provider was prompt and friendly, and carefully dropped off and picked up the dumpster right on time.

I placed my order on line and promptly got a phone call to set up the appointment. The day the job was scheduled I received a phone call 30 minutes before they were going to arrive. They men we courteous and went right to work. They did an excellent job and provided the type of customer service that is rare in this day and age.

We had a fabulous experience with them. They dropped off a dumpster. It was perfect and very painless. They came when they said they were going to, within the time frame, for both delivery and pick-up. I would recommend them to anybody. We've used them for other things and they're a great bunch of guys. They're very professional. They do exactly what they promise to do and in the time frame that they've promised.

I was wanting to get rid of an extremely heavy queen sized sofa bed and a small upright freezer that was broken. After reading all of the reviews, I purchased a coupon through Angie's List.. The person who called me was very nice & helpful, and I scheduled an appointment to have the items picked up. I received a call when they were on their way to my house and once they got here, I was very impressed by Bryan & Charles the '2 Junk Dawgs' who came. They were both very personable, friendly & knowledgeable about what they were doing. The weather was extremely cold, and the items very, very heavy, but I never heard a word of complaint. They patiently answered my questions about some other services their company offers and couldn't have been more likeable. My coupon only covered the large sofa, but I felt the added charge for the freezer was more than reasonable.

We bought the big deal and have used them before. They were prompt and called ahead when on their way here and removed our items. We didn't realize that they had to look at the size of our items, once here, and evaluate if it was within the allowed size of our purchased "deal". This had already been discussed on the phone when we scheduled the pickup. Thankfully it was, so they removed it for the $49 deal price!

Do provide alternate dates and all your contact info. Do expect that some items require a surcharge (as expected). Do expect that they will provide a timef window when they will pick up.

They were easy to work with, but I ended up not needing the service so I did not use the deal.

Providers called me in a timely manner and set up date of service. They came and took "junk" away. I was very grateful because there was no way I could lift the concrete ... it was apparently left over from a basketball net. They were professional and did exactly as we had discussed on the phone.

It went very well. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They removed the furniture with no problem. In addition, they put a heavy book upstairs in one of the rooms for us. We would certainly use this company again based on our experience with these employees.

Two guys showed up right on time and performed the job with no hassle at all for me. They were nice, very professional and very quick. I was completely satisfied with the job. I had a $49 Angie's List coupon for $105 worth of hauling, so the job cost me a total of $124 -- a price I was also satisfied with. Without the coupon the job would have cost $180. I've never had stuff hauled before so I don't know if this price is good or not, but it seemed a little steep to me for the amount -- about 5 or 6 square feet of stuff. I say this because I could've waited until February for my neighborhood's junk pick-up, which comes free with my regular garbage service. I was just antsy to free up space in my storage area.

Both gentleman were very friendly, punctual and quick with removal of the items that I had. I appreciated the service they provided and would certainly use them again.

I was very pleased with the service. Having spoken with the person who set the appointment, I had the opportunity to find out in advance what the size of "Big Deal" haul of a small pickup truck, which gave me better idea of what was going to fit for my cost. That made it less of a "surprise" which I greatly appreciated. I didn't let them haul everything on my "wish list" but got the important items taken care of and I was very satisfied. I would definitly call them. They gave me an appointment range of 1-6pm but ended up arriving here a little earlier - which they called in advance letting me know.

It went great! They arrived in a clearly marked truck, which was important to me as I was home alone at the time. They were very polite and worked quickly to remove the couch. Payment was easy and they were done in a flash. I would definitely use this service again due to the ease of scheduling, professional attitude of the crew (Ron and Ryan), fair price, and being able to feel safe with the people I was inviting into my home. I purchased a $49 "Big Deal" to haul away junk totaling the size of a refrigerator. Fire Dawgs (previously Junk Dawgs) contacted me immediately to set up an appointment with a 5-hour window. They called about 15 minutes prior to arrival and introduced themselves when they arrived. Everything to be hauled was in the basement but they didn't mind having to traipse up and down the stairs. They were done in no time, were very polite and friendly, and left no mess. This was the second time I hired them and I'm sure I will again.
