Alex and Cort did a great job taking away everything I had waiting for them They were on time, professional, and cleaned up the area after they finished loading the truck.

They did an okay job. I don't think we will probably take advantage of those coupons anymore because you kind of get what you pay for. When they came, the amount that they would take away for the coupon that we paid was really small. We had to add money to that and it seemed like a setup. They were professional and did a fine job however, I was expecting them to take away more. They came within a week. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I asked for them to take a look and provide an estimate, with the expectation they would suggest doing the work when the temperature was up from the current 15 degrees and the foot of snow had melted. One man provided the estimate and was prepared to start immediately. It was very difficult work, since the wheels of the trailer and other parts were frozen into the ground and had to be dug out. Then he fashioned a 100 foot long rope and managed to have his truck pull it out a few feet at a time since it had to be maneuvered among the trees. Once on the driveway it was determined the trailer was not in a condition for road hauling. So he called the office and within an hour a large truck and several other associates came out and they loaded the boat and trailer in the large truck. The whole involved some very hard work under terrible conditions, some strength, and some creativity.

They arrived on time, even a little early after calling. They looked over the job and quoted on the spot. The quote was for the volume they estimated to be involved. It seemed reasonable to me. This involved heavy objects and these were two strong men. They carefully consulted on what to take and what I wanted left. It took less time than I would have expected for the large amount. They were very careful carrying out these large items and did no damage to the house or furnishing. Before leaving they spent a few minutes helping me re-arrange the materials I had decided to keep. They will revert to me with a quote on a very difficult extra job---removing a rotting boat from behind the house. It will require a large truck with a winch to drag it out, but they were confident they could do it.

There were no additional charges. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them. They were prompt and took care of us very quickly.

Scheduling was fine and they were punctual to the appointment. When saw debris, they explained that there would be more costs for the work. The coupon was not very specific and did not explain into detail of what they did and did not cover. We didn’t use them and had the deal refunded.

It went very well. We had purchased a deal for $49 for junk removal. We had a lot more stuff to remove than what was included in the deal so we expected it to be a little more expensive. It was but we were willing to pay because we really wanted the stuff gone! Price seemed a little high but in the end it was worth it! Would use them again.

Fire Dawgs are exceptional! They called the day before to confirm our appointment window; the day of service they called when they were about 45 minutes away. The crew was professional and on time. I would hire them again and refer out to my colleagues and friends. Two thumbs up!
