Fire Dawgs Junk Removal Indianapolis

I had a fantastic experience. I needed an old, very heavy, big screen tv removed from my basement. I called Fire Dawgs because they recycle electronics. I was able to schedule the removal within a few days of calling. Their crew arrived as scheduled. Curt and Brian were polite and efficient. I don't know how they did it with just the two of them, but they were able to get the tv out of the basement and haul it to a recycler for me. I was highly impressed and would recommend this company to everyone!

Charles and Jeremy were great! They removed old furniture that had been ruined by water damage. Prompt, pilot, professional. A+++++

Alex and Bryan were very helpful and courteous. The heavy lifting was done promptly and they also moved our new treadmill into place were the old was. They were very careful in avoiding scratching walls, etc. as well. Great service and much needed for items that would be very difficult for anyone in our household to lift.

I've used them before and decided to use them again. I feel like the price has gone up some from when we first used them, but the work was great as always.

The Fire Dawgs crew did a great job. Showed promptly and cleaned up upon removing all the debris.

It went very well. They arrived on time and were very courteous. They removed everything I asked them to and put things back in order when they were done.

I was not pleased at all. I sent an email to the company questioning the service and received a response with the terms of the coupon highlighted as if to say "too bad so sad you got what you paid for". My email to the company questioned the need for me to provide a list of items I wanted removed. They could clearly tell by my list that I had more than a refrigerator size load. I believe a heads up additional fees would have been appropriate. I read the add to read nothing larger than a refrigerator which clearly wasn't the case. Why is there a picture in the deal that shows way more than a refrigerator full of items. I think everything about the deal was misleading. I. Could have easily put the items picked up at the curb for free trash pick up.

Fire Dawgs were excellent! They were running a bit late that day, but kept us informed. They removed the old sofa and even helped us place the new one. This is the second time I have used them and will definately use them again when I have heavy items to get rid of or just to move.

Both were very challenging jobs, but the men were good-natured about it and hung in there until the work was done. I'm very appreciative that they were willing to take these tasks on.

Given their fast pace it only took 35 minutes to pick up and haul away three large piles of odds and ends from our house downsizing. Several items were very heavy. They didn't mar any walls or leave any mess. They were very professional and courteous. I want to especially commend Cort and Brian for their top quality work. I would and am hiring them again. I've used their services three other times and each time the work was excellent!!!

Great! Brandon and Burton called prior to arrival and showed up bright and early. They were removing a refrigerator-sized solid mahogany execute desk weighing over 350 pounds and a matching 6' credenza and legal-sized filing cabinet. All solid mahogany. They made quick work of the 3 very large, very heavy pieces, careful not to damage or hit anything in the house - including the door frame, which was a challenge due to the size of the desk. They were both very friendly and very professional.

I would use them again. However the quote given to me on the phone yesterday was 105 to 180. When they arrived they said the paperwork said the quote was 180 to 220 . They said it might even go up to 250. I read a couple of reviews on here that said they moved freezers up from the basement for 125 so I was a little shocked . This sofa was a sleeper and was a little heavy but my mom and I can move it around the living room . The two end tables and coffee table were very small and lightweight . I would definitely use them again and the movers were wonderful very nice very courteous and were in and out in 15 minutes . The only thing I will do differently is to make sure that the quote is closer to the job that I want done. I felt like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because they were there and I needed the stuff gone. I ended up paying 220 which I feel was a little high for the job but again the men were wonderful and the service was wonderful .

Company responded very promptly and professionally once we'd purchased Big Deal on Angie's List. They were able to come early, and called us to arrange for a mutually agreeable time. Once here, they gave us an immediate quote that was in the range that I expected, although higher than the Big Deal that I originally purchased for $115. Alex and Curt were polite, professional, clean cut, and removed the items in under 15 minutes. Would definitely use again.

I didn't know how it worked. It was my first time getting a deal type of a thing but I learned something. They said people buy it and to pay, usually they buy it to go along with or on top of paying for some removal so you get even more taken away. When I'm doing that, I just want to find somebody. I thought that was a little deceptive. They said people will buy our regular priced thing and then give us a coupon so they can get even more.

I was very pleased. They were on time. They were efficient. They were very helpful, considerate and kind. The quote they gave before hand was right in the range that they ended up charging me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving or needs items transferred to another location, or if you need things cleared out and thrown away. I only called a couple days ahead of time and they got me scheduled right away.

The deal was for items the size of a fridge - what the deal was not clear on was once their estimate of the volume of a fridge was exceeded then there were more charges. Just write the deal more clearly next time. The additional charges were reasonable.

Alex and Charles did an amazing job in getting freezer up and out in spite of extremely difficult area. They performed with exceptional skill and efficiency. We have used Fire Dawgs twice before and if needed will use them again for sure.

The service went very well. The refrigerator I had was very massive and I had to pay an additional fee because it was so big. I thought the fee was well worth it however. 4 guys came out to move the refrigerator. The staff did an awesome job and were very helpful. I had no problem scheduling the deal. They called to let me know when they were on their way and showed up on time. I would highly recommend them to others.

Alex and Tyler showed up after Alex called to let me know they would be there in 15 min. I instantly liked these 2 guys because they were so nice and friendly. We looked at the pile of junk and Alex told me the cost to remove everything. Very fair price and they started right away. Was a great experience and was worth the money. I can't say enough about these two guys. Great!

The guys hauled away several old items from my home. These included an old television, telescope, rugs, and linoleum. I spoke with them about asking them back at a later date to take away an old puppet stage, after I broke it down for them. They told me they would gladly break it down for me, and not to hurt myself doing it. The guys called promptly in the morning of the service, and explained that they were ahead of schedule, and asked if I'd like to have them come earlier than first planned. I was glad to have this option presented to me, and said "yes" to this. They were very polite and friendly. I will have them return at a later date to haul away more items.

They called the day of the job to let me know they were on their way and arrived within their scheduled window. They were professional and courteous while they were here and they worked efficiently. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I bought the $49 junk pick up from Fire Dawgs Junk Removal. They called and arranged to come earlier than scheduled. Workers were courteous. They quickly and efficiently loaded the items we had set aside and were on there way again. If needed, I would certainly use their service again.
