They were on time. Polite, courteous. I love that they recycle or give away as much as possible. I like that they were started by firemen. It was a blessing having them load it up and take where ever and we could have the garage back again!

I e-mailed Firedawgs for a quote and it took them 2 week to respond. I had already contacted another company to perform the work by then.

I purchased a $49 big deal and they came out to remove some old furniture. I thought they were fast, friendly, and professional.

I bought the $49 coupon from Angie's List because I had read the reviews that this was a good deal. After several emails, someone from Fire Dawgs called me to see what I had. He told me that I would be charged an extra $25 trip fee because I lived so far away. I agreed to the service anyway because I wanted to get my garage cleaned out and I had already bought the coupon. They arrived on time and were very courteous but I was told that I would be charged an additional $10 for a TV to be hauled. They took everything that I wanted them to, and I paid the additional $35 that day. The only reason I won't use them again is because of all of the additional charges on top of the coupon. I can find other ways to dispose of things without paying $84 to do it.

They were friendly and courteous and showed a genuine interest in what I needed. They performed the work in an efficient, timely and professional manner. I would definitely call on them again and recommend them to those needing to remove items no longer needed or used.

IT WAS GREAT. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR 1-6 PM BUT CHARLES CALLED ME AROUND 11:50AM TO ASK IF THEY COULD COME EARLIER. I TOLD HIM THAT WAS FINE. HE & SAM ARRIVED AROUND 12:25PM & THEY HAD THE CHAIR OUT OF MY HOUSE & IN THEIR TRUCK BY 12:30PM. CHARLES & I DISCUSSED OTHER ITEMS THAT EVENTUALLY I WOULD NEED REMOVED & HE GAVE ME SOME IDEA OF WHAT IT MIGHT COST. WHENEVER I GET READY TO CLEAN HOUSE I WILL CALL FIRE DAWGS FOR MORE EXACT COSTS.

I was very impressed by the fact that I had to change the time at the last minute due to an unexpected medical appt. They were very cooperative and came later the same day when it was more convenient for me. Two men, both courteous and professional arrived and very quickly took the junk away.

I bought a special on Angie's List for $49 junk removal. I had several large items, such as an old tv, an old stereo, garden hoses, and miscellaneous junk. We set up a date/time for them to come. They told me up front there would be a $10 charge for removal of the tv. There was a miscommunication and they did not arrive at the time I expected them, so I called and rescheduled. The second appointment went very smoothly. They called before they arrived and we're very punctual. If I had known how cheap and painless the process would be, I would have cleaned out my garage years ago :)

They were on time and collected the trash as promised.

Robert and Brian were both very polite and extremely helpful in taking our junk away. They were punctual and worked very hard and fast once they were on site. I highly recommend this business and will gladly use them in the future.

There was a surcharge of 50 to come out to my house and at that point is wasn't worth it

I took advantage of a special offer through Angie's List. Fire Dawgs was prompt in answering my email to schedule and flexible in scheduling dates. They called before coming and arrived promptly. Both Alex and his team mate that assisted him were friendly and professional. They completed the task in about 20 minutes as I didn't have a whole lot of stuff. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Contacted Fire Dawgs for demolition debris removal and asked about a mirror on the wall. They said they would remove it and if it came off easily it would not be extra. I inquired about the $49 special and they explained the quantity of debris covered. Fire Dawgs said they would quote a price before beginning work once they arrived at house. Got a Saturday pickup wihch was great. Ryan and Jeff called 30 minutes ahead and arrived early within the time frame give. Price quote was reasonble for the amount of debris and time involved. Ryan and Jeff were friendly and quick. Highly recommend.
