Two gentleman came, very clean and very professional looking, and they took away the trash I had in a very timely manner. They were also very courteous. I would highly recommend Fire Dawgs Junk Removal.

Dawg Services did an amazing job. They showed up on time and were very professional. They introduced themselves and let me know what their process was, and made sure that all my questions were addressed. Not only did they clean the exterior glass, but the also removed the screens from each of the windows and cleaned the window casing. They did offer to clean the interior portion of the windows, but I had just done that myself, so it was not needed this time. But I will definitely be using this service again, the windows look amazing.

I was unhappy with them for the simple reason. I asked them for a receipt and I never got a receipt for the services that they provided. The work was good. I don't have any problem with that.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal offer of $49 for $105 worth of hauling. I indicated my preference of service dates and was promptly contacted by Fire Dawgs to confirm that date. They gave me a window of 4 hours in which they would arrive and stated that there would be a call from the workers 20-30 minutes before their arrival. On the date of service, we received a call 2 hours into the window and they arrived exactly 30 minutes later. Two young men introduced themselves and were very professional. The company policy is to look at the items that need to be hauled and they will give a free, no obligation estimate if the amount of junk exceeds the amount described in the Big Deal offer. There was A LOT of junk that needed hauling, so we knew there would be an additional fee. We accepted the bid and the two men went to work. It took about 30 minutes for them to load everything. As we paid them, they gave us a coupon for a future service and emailed us the receipt. I was pleased with the quick and thorough work that was done. Most importantly, I was very impressed that Fire Dawgs' policy is to take usable items directly to charity donations. We would have donated the items but they were too large for us to transport. They also recycle as much material as possible. I will definitely use this company again and confidently recommend it to others. (Thanks for the Big Deal!)

We all know the frustration of dealing with "normal" garbage collection companies these days. You must put out only what you can fit in the bins you have, and anything that doesn't fit either can't go out, or needs to be pre-arranged for and often paid extra for. We recently found ourselves with a fair amount of extra "stuff" to throw away that resulted from some home repairs/remodeling done. Not huge stuff .. some extra doors, parts of a shower, an old fire pit that was rusted out, and so on. Maybe 10 x 5, with 4 feet high stacked in our garage. I made arrangements with Fire Dawgs to pick up this up on a particular day and time. They were punctual, very polite, quick, and reasonably priced. They even asked, of a certain item, whether or not it could be donated to Goodwill (but they offered to drop it off, if so). The service wasn't cheap, but probably saved us weeks of putting stuff out in little piecemeal "chunks". Given the costs they have driving a large truck around town, employing the guys that do this dirty work, and paying for the dumping of the refuse, I think their prices were fair. We are very likely to use Fire Dawgs again in the future.

They complained about the size of the cabinet I needed removed from my garage because it was slightly larger than a refrigerator. It took them maybe five minutes to load it. They never even parked their truck in my driveway. They obviously weren't planning on taking much junk with them. there was a little mess below the cabinet that they said might have come from mice. I asked them to sweep it up for me and they said they didn't have a broom. I gave them a broom, and they said they didn't have a dustpan. All that to get them to sweep up two little piles of insulation. They had said in the ad they they would sweep up after they took your stuff. I would never use them again and would never recommend them to friend.

Beautiful from start to finish. Easy to schedule. They showed up on time, called when they were on their way. Polite. Did a fantastic job, no damage to walls or floor. They could have rolled it on the hardwood floor, but they didn't even attempt it. They carried it the whole way out of the house. 2 men carried it and the 3rd made sure they did it all safely. I used a groupon so the price was great! I am so thrilled I found this company and will use them for all my moving/hauling needs in the future:)

Basically they just carried away some yard waste that I had and a couple of household things. I thought that the price was reasonable.

Alex and Cody arrived on time, were courteous, personable and professional. I asked if they could take some more items than originally requested, and they gave me a revised quote on the spot. They were neat and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to others!

The service was absolutely great! There were 3 employees and each was very polite and professional. They explained everything to me and then loaded everything we had in their truck. I definitely recommend their service should anyone have any type of unwanted items they would like hauled away. Good company to do business with!

The porch looks amazing, I had no idea how dirty they were and until they completed the job. The windows look beautiful and best of all no streaks which was very important to me, in addition they cleaned my screens and window sills. ?I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors and will call them again. The guys were professional and very pleasant and they completed the job in 2 hrs.

I hired Dawg Services to pressure wash the exterior of our house and clean the exterior windows. When the two technicians arrived, they introduced themselves and went straight to work upon asking me for any special considerations on the house. The dirtiest part of the house was in the back. The technicians spent a lot of their time working in the back since the area was two stories high and there is a tree that is growing next to the house which created a greater level of difficulty for performing the work. The men had no issues cleaning around and navigating the trees and other obstacles in their way while maintaining great respect for my property. All in all, it was a great job. The house was very dirty with some green spots due to the trees and a very wet spring/summer. They were able to remove all of the spots and dirt giving my house a fresh look. I give the Dawgs work a 5 star rating and would most definitely recommend them to others. The same work by myself would have taken at least a full day or more. -Angie Laraway.

It all went well. Brian and Keith were polite and very careful of my walls. They removed the doors to allow for ease of access and put everything back before they left. They called when on the way and arrived right on time. They looked at stuff to go and gave me a revised more accurate quote (just like I had been told they would do). I agreed to the higher price because it was much more than just a half of truck load that I had been quoted as baseline. They were fast! The stuff is all gone and I have my basement back! Would use them again.

They have a pricing list to add to your "$105" worth of service if you have more than 2 garbage bags worth of junk. They were very courteous but the service was not what I expected. I could have set out the stuff they took on my regular trash day. For the price they wanted to charge to haul the other stuff I had, I could have rented a dumpster for cheaper. Not worth the time and definitely NOT A DEAL. You're better off setting the stuff out with weekly trash, renting a dumpster, or renting a trailer and hauling the stuff to the dump yourself. Out of all I had set out for them to move, they took an old chair and a trash can filled with wrapping paper. I don't recommend using them at all.

The guys that came were quick, courteous and professional. They did all the lifting and hauling which is exactly what we wanted. Good job.

The service was good but they ended up upcharging me more. I wasn't thrilled about that but they did what they said they were going to do. There was an extra of $150. Other members should be beware of the upsell. They did their job but they charged some more.

They were a little hard to schedule. I never did see them but they came and did the pick-up.

It went very well. They were very efficient, very polite and did a good job. I would probably hire them again. Overall, they were excellent. The quality of work was excellent. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were very good.

My entire experience with Fire Dawgs was excellent! I called them on a Wednesday to schedule the hauling away of very large desk, and they were able to provide the service on Friday. Not only did they arrive on time, but called to say they were running a few minutes early and was it okay for them to come now. Big John and Sam performed the breakdown/hauling away of a very large old desk, and relocated a very heavy credenza (and did so without complaint!). They insisted on cleaning up after they completed the move, and left the room in better shape than they found it. My experience with Fire Dawgs was so good, I am now searching my house to see what else I can get their help with!

Arrived early. Pleasant and courteous. Removed the junk in less than 15 minutes! Reasonable charge for the service. I would definitely call them again for junk removal.

Brian B. And Keith came to my home today and removed 4 television sets. I had purchased a Living Social voucher, and knew that there was a $10 electronics recycling surcharge per set. I felt this was a great deal. The guys were so professional, polite, and punctual. I feel very comfortable recommending them to my friends, and will call again. Thanks guys!

I bought a big deal for this service and it did not go real well. I really did not like it because they had advertised would move a load of junk for $49. I called them and they made an appointment to come out with a large dump truck. I was assuming that we could fill the dump truck up, but they said the ad was for $49 worth of junk removal so they just threw a few things into the dump truck and they said the rest of it would be about $179. They said they have had problems in the past. When I pointed out that they had advertised for $49 they said that was just for $49 worth of junk and not for the whole dump truck. They just threw a few things to fill up the bottom of the truck and said the rest of it would be $179. I said no thanks, goodbye. The price was kind of deceptive because it said $49.
