Fire Dawgs Junk Removal Indianapolis

After giving me a call to let me know they were on their way two friendly and professional men (Brian and Rickey) arrived. They removed enough of the junk to satisfy the Angie's list purchase. Readily gave me an estimate for a larger project.

Excellent service! I was able to get next day service for which I was very grateful. I am also very grateful for the professionalism I have experienced with Fire Dawgs. They do a sometimes dirty, strenuous job-- but one which needs to be done respectfully. From my phone conversation with Isaac to set up the job, through the completion of the job by Brian B. and Rick, everything went smoothly. The guys were courteous and competent and made my part of the job stress-free.

When I first called, the gentleman that I spoke to asked what kind of things I wanted them to remove and let me know that I probably had more than was covered by the Angie's list Big Deal. Considering the pile outside and the treadmill inside, I agreed. Once the team arrived, they quickly estimated the overage and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable and after I agreed, they quickly set to work. At all times they were courteous and friendly. They arrived on time and worked quickly. They even let me know that they would have picked up the microwave I had in the garage and carried it for me when I carried it out. It was a small microwave and very light but it was a nice reminder of what service and chivalry can look like. They carried the treadmill out of the house even as my puppy wriggled loose and was dancing around their feet for a couple of minutes until I could catch her. I will most likely call them again should the need arise and I will certainly recommend them to my friends.

They did excellent work - flexible to help me get rid of large amount of trash, and fair on their evaluation of how much I had.

We had a lot of different types of items removed. Large furniture from the basement, old TVs, and tree limbs, among lots of other stuff. Keith and Big John took care of getting it all on the truck. For me the price was well worth it.

I called them in the morning and negotiated a price. They came the same day and removed the unwanted items. They were professional, on time and did the job efficiently. I was impressed by the quick service.

Fire Dawgs did a great job (Charles and Joey). It was super-easy to arrange a time for the pickup, they called ahead and arrived on-time. There was a little confusion about the estimate, however, the price was fair. They picked up all the trash, cleaned up, and were friendly and helpful. Great job.

I've hired Junk Dawgs a/k/a Fire Dawgs before with great results and this time was no exception. Two guys carted away old junk from my basement quickly and cleanly. They even moved a heavy box from my porch to my garage for me; they did not have to do that and it just shows how good these guys are.

Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for junk hauling. Team arrived on time and gave estimate for what was beyond the scope of the deal. Loaded everything up and cleaned up for us. Very courteous and a pleasure to work with. Would use again.

IT WENT QUICK AND EFFICIENT. ?BACK IN THE DAY WHEN I COULD DO MY OWN WINDOWS, IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME SEVERAL HOURS. ?THIS NICE, YOUNGMAN DID IT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR-AND DID IT VERY WELL. ?IT HAD BEEN MORE THAN 3 YEARS SINCE THEY HAD BEEN WASHED. ?THIS COMPANY HAS SEVERAL DIFFERENT DIVISIONS AND I WILL CONTACT THEM AGAIN ?WHEN/IF THEY PROVIDE A SERVICE ?THAT I CAN USE AND RECOMMEND THEM AS WELL.

Brian & Austin called when they were on the way and arrived on time. They were very quick, very friendly, and very efficient. They also hauled away an additional piece of equipment no extra charge. I definitely recommend Fire Dawgs!

The person on the phone was polite and apologetic for not being able to come out in the time I needed them. I may try them again sometime.

two young men arrived right on time and gave us an estimate after surveying the debris that needed to go. There were many garbage bags full of stuff and assorted household items, enough to almost fill up the truck they had. We were given $25 off for booking online, and a little off for not having quite the full truckload. The guys were courteous and speedy, so we tipped them and we do recommend the service.

Everything went well. They were punctual and polite, the company kept in touch with us, job was performed to satisfaction. The only minor glitch was that after paying for the removal service we were told there was a weight limit and it might cost $100 more than what we had paid for the deal.. I feel it would be helpful if customers were made aware of this before purchase. Luckily in our case it was a small amount and they were able to take it all without extra charge. Other than that we were well-pleased with the service.

I purchased a Big Deal to have a pile a brush hauled away. I called prior to purchasing the offer to get clarification on how much is a refrigerator size in terms of the truck amount that they will take and they told me they would quote the difference if it was more. The time window was 8am-1pm. Just after 1pm I called to find out if they were running late and they said they were about 5 minutes away. When the guys arrived, they told me how much it would be to have the excess brush hauled as I had more than what was covered by the offer. I decided to just have them do what the Big Deal covered and I would take care of the rest myself. They did a good job. I have used them for dumpster service in the past as well. I would use them again.

I had a Big Deal for $49 and when they came to take my futon and love seat they requested $75 more. I had used College Hunks Hauling Junk before and they were not nearly as costly. I would not use again for furniture. I will just donate. It cost me $125 to have two pieces of furniture taken away which included a Big Deal.

Simple job and it went as planned.
