They were very thorough and efficient. I liked that they cleaned up around the house to ensure any debris from gutters was picked up. Both guys were nice.

At then end of it all, the service was good, very professional, and at a good price. ?It took a few visits to get the job finally done though...this was due to rainy weather (understandable....couldn't get on the roof) and not having the right equipment to do the job (we had steep and high roofs). ?Once the weather cooperated and the equipment was in hand they did a great job and were friendly and knowledgeable. ?i would recommend to others.

Brian and Michael were excellent in following directions and ensured before they completed any task that they understood what was needed to be done. They moved very heavy furniture and a freezer. I was going to unload the freezer but they said that it would be better for me if we left the food in since it would save us time. No damage occurred in completing their work. They hauled away material that we didn't need.

The visit was right on time. ?It was done in a professional and brisk manner. ?There had been a cancellation from a previous appointment due to the danger posed by rains. ?Dawg called me and advised ahead of time. ?I liked it that I was not sitting around waiting and not knowing where the gutter cleaners were.

The team was prompt and personable. They cleaned up the debris so well that when I got home from work I didn't know they job had been finished. My husband said they were efficient and did the job very well, even cleaning off the two locations on the roof where leaves congregate but don't blow off. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely want to hire Dawg Services again. I love the fact that they were founded by firefighers -- got to love those first responders who rush in whenever people need help!

When I called to schedule i was told that the company is no longer in Louisville, and that I should contact Angie's List for a refund. The guy said they closed the Louisville location in August. I purchased the deal in July

Great experience. We have gutter screens yet they still need to be cleaned off once a year. The person that came out was very considerate. He even cleared the driveway afterwards and took the debris from the gutter cleaning with him. That was a very pleasant surprise.

They arrived within the time frame promised. The two employees, Alex & Michael, were well dressed, courteous, friendly and very efficient in their work. I would definitely use this service again when needed.

The armoire was very large, bulky and heavy and had to be taken downstairs via a curved staircase. I had previously attempted to donate it to Salvation Army, but their two workers said it was too large and difficult to get down the stairs; therefore did not take it. The two men from Junk Dawgs who arrived to perform the work bravely took on the challenge and successfully got it down the stairs and into their truck. They were very good sports even though it was a difficult job and I'm sure they had a few sore muscles the next day.

It went very well. Two guys came and it was quick and efficient. They had it out in no time. I like the fact that they will still try to donate the TV since it still worked. The price quoted was what I paid.

Everything was great. I had them demo and remove a 8'x12' barn in my back yard. Brian and Michael arrived promptly and got straight to work. They quickly and efficiently demoed the barn and hauled away the debris. They even played with my dog and were conscientious enough to ask and make sure they weren't going to interfere with his morning! (You play with my dog and you make a happy customer with me!) very pleased overall.

Showed up late with apology. Took items as requested. Ran out of time. They claimed they couldn't work overtime. Left some items to be picked up later. For me to call and request an appointment. The gentlemen were actually easy to work with and talk to Work ethics excellent. Good workers. cooperative.

We purchased a package for junk removal to help clear out our garage after a move. We were informed when calling to schedule that they could only take what would fit in the back of a pickup truck, which is not what we understood when we purchased the package. They arrived before the time window they gave us by about twenty minutes, that may be good or bad for some. We were here, so it was fine. The main issue we had was that the two who came refused to take any but two of the items we had, which did not fill the back of their truck. They rather rudely informed us that they would take more-for an additional fee. We will not work with this company again.
