They were okay. I paid extra because I had them move extra stuff. It was kind of a small truck that they had to take care of the junk. I paid extra for the other stuff I had them take. Besides the little things, I had some bigger things. I would have liked to know that before hand. The price was a little deceptive. He was professional. They could have put in writing that they don't have a big truck to haul things. I gave them more work to do than I paid. I paid less than what I probably should have. It was honest but I didn't feel as comfortable with the whole thing because it wasn't straight up.

I hired Fire Dawgs to remove an old sectional sofa and an oversized chair & ottoman. The furniture was on the 2nd story of my 3-story townhome. I'm preparing to sell my house and I didn't want them to risk scuffing my walls so I asked that they get rid of the furniture over the balcony instead. They were able to back up to my driveway, and offload everything into their truck. The entire process was quick and efficient. Through conversation, one of the employees learned that I'm in the military and offered me their standard military discount. It was nice that it was offered without being solicited. They were very professional and helpful. I had an injury to my hand at the time and they even helped me write my check. I would absolutely hire them again.

We had waited until the fall leaves had come off of our trees before we scheduled and then had to wait another 5-6 weeks to get the work done. Everything seemed to go well but later one of our downspout "elbow" joints came off. My husband had to climb up on the roof to reattach it and found that that downspout was full of leaves and debris. I understand that this was the "big deal", so I guess you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, with a wooded lot, we would have probably used them every year had the work been better.

The initial service date was postponed due to weather, so I was not able to be around for the rescheduled time. My wife was home when he arrived and said the gentleman was very nice, letting her know when he arrived and before he left. The service was completed very quickly.

They were great. I used it quick after I called them. It was exactly what the coupon was for. I had a pile of stuff in the garage that we had taken out of the basement. They came, loaded it all up, and took it all away. They were great, and they took stuff out of the basement that was heavy. We had a truck load.

Alex and Brian were we pleasant, prompt, courteous and wasted no time getting the job done. They were careful of the walls and floors and doors. I will definitely call them again.

t needed what I thought was a "console" TV removed. I found a groupon for $49 for the service and contacted the Fire Dawgs Junk Removal Co. The gentleman that answered the phone informed me that the groupon would cover the cost of their service, but that there would be an additional $10 waste disposal fee. I agreed and he made an appointment for pickup within the week. The Fire Dawgs crew (Isaiah and Rob) called 15 minutes in advance and arrived on time. They immediately saw that my "console" TV was really a mercury containing projection TV, which would cost $10 more, giving me the option to opt out if I wished. I agreed, and they proceed quickly. They were both very professional, polite and efficient at removing my old, heavy TV. I was amazed at their ability to raise the TV up to shoulder height to load it in the truck. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and their ability to keep me informed every step of the way.

These guys are the best. They were wonderful to talk to when setting up the appointment. They got here on the early end of the arrival window and called when they were on their way. When they got here they were courteous, introduced themselves, asked where the material was, picked it up and were out of here in 15 minutes. All the time they were so friendly and asked if I needed any other materials taken care of. I had already situated the material I wanted picked up, so it was pretty easy. This is the second time I have used Fire Dawgs and I will definitely use them again when I am ready to get rid of this last bit of junk left!

I bought a big deal from Angie's List for gutter cleaning. ?Appt. set up for Dec. 9. ?Two men showed up, were very polite. ?Cleaned the gutter and blew out the downspouts. ?Let me know when they were finished. ?They did clean up after themselves too. ?I was very pleased with Dawg Services.

We were amazed at how quickly he performed the work. The cost to clean additional gutters was completely reasonable. Since he was so fast, I checked out his work and found that he did and excellent job.

Very pleased with the entire job. We would definitely recommend them in the future. Initially, they came out as scheduled, a day after a snow storm. Very apologetic about not being able to do the job as scheduled but they offered to schedule the job for another day when conditions were conducive to doing the job right. While there, we had them do a window cleaning estimate. They came out on time and completed both the gutter and window cleaning. Great job.

Two guys climbed the roof and removed all dirt and leaves from the gutters. They also gave me advice on how to protect the gutters.

No problem with the work. My problem was with the pricing. You returned a "preliminary' quote of $280-340 based on pictures asked for and provided. However after notifying the other two quoters that they were not selected on the day I had been appointed the price went up almost $200 above your highest preliminary quote. A 55% increase. I agreed to the work because I was tired of waiting any longer, but feel this is a very poor business practice. Sort of a "bait and switch". The men are there, the truck is there, this is pressure to go ahead. Your final price was $75 higher that the next lowest quote. After enticing us with a low quote, you ended up being the highest. I believe the other two were also reputable people with firm quotes that I am likely to use in the future. Your tactics were not honorable. I cannot give you a good review.

It went very well. Both Rick & Mike were very professional and friendly. They even pointed out an installation flaw on my gutters that needs my attention. I would highly recommend them. Update: Mike & Rick noticed that my gutter hangers were spaced too far apart. Upon some research, I found that the company spaced my hangers ~60" apart and this too far apart to properly support my gutters. Thanks to both, I contacted the company and they have since placed hangers appropriately. Again, I appreciate the service of both Rick & Mike. Thank You
