To date, I have not been contacted about scheduling the job.

Overall it went pretty well. We purchased a deal for $49 to haul away a small load. A few months ago I replaced the microwave but had no where to dispose of the old. It was driving me nuts sitting in the garage so I bought the deal. $49 was worth me not having to load/unload and dump. The only thing I thought was odd was that noone reached out to me to schedule. I had to call them. We have purchased deals before from other companies and they always reach out that day to schedule service. Other than that, it was easy to schedule. The driver called when he was on the way.

I purchased the $49 to remove a refrigerator sized load offer. Drivers came within the agreed upon window, took the junk, and were courteous and professional. I was happy with the service provided and expect that I will use this service provider again.

Overall things went very well. Two polite guys showed up and got rid of the two love seats. I would have no problem using them again. My only concern is that they give a 5 hour window where they might show up (1-6 in my case). But, they do call when they're on the way so that helps.

Ricky cleaned out all the gutters and flushed the gutters and downspouts.He did an excellent job and they were full and had weed growing out of them. He cleaned up all the leaves, weeds and mud.

Ricky Osinski was outstanding from start to finish! He exemplifies why I use Angies List. First he called after another customer cancelled to ask if another start time would work better for me and my family. He arrived at the newly scheduled time and flew through the job. I didn't know windows could be cleaned that fast and look like they were brand new. He made recommendations for keeping birds away, and noted which windows had broken seals. We are extremely pleased with Ricky's work and would highly recommend you ask for him for your windows!

My husband contacted the company after seeing they were on Angie's List during an internet search. He was quoted over the phone $200-$300 for the removal of all items. After arriving I was told the removal would actually be $1200. I went ahead and had them do one truckload which ended up being $415!?? I took 3 guys less than a hour and we still have quite the pile. If you can't give accurate quotes over the phone then don't give them at all. I'm still not sure how they came up with these numbers. I feel like I was taken for a ride.Terrible customer service.

Big Mike and Desean first visited to assess the project and provide an estimate. Their estimates are based on labor hours and standard haul rate for percentage of truck used. We scheduled the job and crew chief Edward returned with Desean and Wayne to remove the fence. Ed first reviewed the scope and estimate with me to confirm that we were in agreement. (There was nothing in writing.) They worked well together and make good progress. We altered the scope of the project once we determined that they didn't have the right equipment to cut through the larger posts of the chain link fence. That wasn't a problem since I have contractor lined up for another job and they can remove the remaining posts. But this would have been a major irritation if I had been dependent upon them to remove ALL of the fence. In addition to the fence removal they also removed some tall grasses from the garden. So glad to have a team of big guys knock off these projects. I would definitely call them for other projects!

Pick-up was on time; price was less than others. Very satisfied.

They know how to move furniture. They moved around tight corners without leaving any damage. They were polite and were on time.

It went very well. They were running late, but they called several times to let me know approximate arrival time. They cleaned up the area very well and were very friendly. I will definitely hire them again.

I arranged the appointment on-line for a 10 - 12 window. They called a little after 11:00 and were here a few minutes later. One could not ask for a friendlier, more polite or more professional group. Everything had to be carried down from the second floor, and they made quick work of it, even to lowering the box springs over the balcony rail since it couldn't be taken around the bend on the stairwell. One young man found my JFK half dollar "lucky coin", missing for over a year, as they disassembled the headboard and brought it to me. He could easily have pocketed the coin and I would never have known. The cost came in $40 below the phone estimate I'd been given. I could not have been more pleased.

Both gentlemen were professional and careful. They gave me a window between 2-4 pm, but called to let me know they would be about 45 min later than planned. They had to remove doors and maneuver my large furniture out of a back bedroom down a narrow hallway. Everything was put back correctly, their help was much appreciated. Total pros! Would definitely hire them again.

Great, they were quick and very careful. I heard one of the gentlemen state that they want to try a different method to move the TV through the doorway to avoid possibly scraping the door frame. I appreciated the consideration and concern.

Keith and Big John arrived during our assigned appointment window. They inspected our "junk" items and provided a reasonable estimate. They quickly and efficiently removed the items from our house. They even purchased ice cream for our two daughters from an ice cream truck that passed by as they worked. My four year old daughters were elated! What great service!

I called Fire Dawgs Junk Removal and they returned my call within one minute! I scheduled appointment and they honored the quote they gave me two years ago to take away my large hot tub. They arrived on time and worked very hard to disassemble my hot tub. They said it was a very well made hot tub and was more difficult to take apart than they anticipated. Keith and Cornelius got it apart and hauled it away. They left my area in good shape and swept all debris from the take apart. I would recommend them to anyone and will use their service in the future.
