Very well. The guy who did the cleaning and the woman supervising him were both excellent and professional. The carpet looks great. (Don't recall the exact cost, so I'm guessing below, but do recall that it was reasonable.)

Exceeded all of my expectations. Fantastic!!! Alex and John called about 20 minutes to let me know they were ahead of schedule and would be able to arrive earlier than the scheduled time. They asked if that would be "ok" and I said great. They made short work of the task. Very complete in finishing things. The customer service was outstanding. Some of the best I have ever experienced. They saw that I was disabled and brought a chair over for me to sit in while I watched them from my garage. Very friendly and kind.

The gentlemen that came were very nice and explained what would be done. I watched as one of them pulled all the fuzz out of the outside vent, more than I thought. The vent to the back of the dryer was not attached with a clamp, not having one with him he used my duct tape to attach it until I can get a clamp.

They were quick and efficient and they did nice work.

I purchased a $69 deal through Angie's List to have two rooms and a hallway cleaned. I actually only needed one big room and a hallway cleaned, so they were happy to combine to size of the two smaller rooms to clean the large room instead. They arrived on time, they were quick, courteous, and professional, and they did a great job!

Excellent. Called ahead, arrived on time, and removed items within 10 minutes. Employees were uniformed, clean, professional and completed work without issue.

I was told they would be able to clean the stain, but may charge extra if it was a tough stain. Stain still there, but much lighter. Also I misread the ad and asked them to do 2 small areas, they didn't mention that a 3rd area was included in service call. (Basically my inattention)

I had some issues initially, but they did come out and make it right to a point.

Fine. I already had the mattress on the driveway , so They just loaded it in their truck and left.

A big thank you for Ed and Nate for their teamwork and very supportive help in assassinating me in getting rid of my unwanted stuff. I appreciate their efficiency on this matter and I will use them again in the future.

Dirty area of carpet was actually spread out rather than cleaned up. When asked about it, I was told that it was because that was just a higher traffic area. This was the entire reason the service was purchased in the first place. Now, it does not appear that we even had the carpet professionally cleaned.

It went great. They were very helpful and kind. The windows looked great. I had 10 extra windows and it added $50 to the total. But, the day before I used the same company to clean bathroom floor tile. At the end of the service they handed me a flier that advertised cleaning 20 windows and screens for $75.

The 2 young men who came to pick up the material were efficient and very customer focus. The only difficulty was with the ordering process which included taking pictures to provide an estimate which was then subject to final determination upon pickup. As it turned out, the Deal was sufficient; but there was a potential for more than a 100% increase in the final price.
