Big John and Ed called ahead before arriving and were actually early. They both were very professional and efficient. I had a Angie's list special which made this very affordable. I will definitely check into their other services. Reason gave B for responsiveness because I never revived communication from them to schedule so I finally called them to schedule. This may not be their fault if Angie's List process of providing information to service provider failed.

I purchased this though Angie's List Big Deal. They promptly reached out to me to schedule the service and did a good job. The kitchen floor, especially, looks good.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the work. The stairway is now dirtier than it was before it was cleaned. It looks to me like the hose was dirty since there is now a dirty spot on each step all the way up. Also, there were dirty footprints on the tile going into the two closets cleaned. I was amazed at the dirt on the rag afternainwashes them. Additionally, my grass is dead where the technician pulled the hose out of the truck and into the house. I am having someone else try to remove the spots created on the stairway tomorrow.

Made an on line appointment through Fire Dawgs website. I received a phone call within 15 minutes from Candi. We set an appointment for 3PM on 11/7/16. She stated they would call about 20 minutes before arrival. 3PM came and went and no phone call. Called Candi at 3:30 and asked for an update. She verified my phone number and stated she would call me back with an update. She called back promptly and stated they were business and that they would be at my house around 5PM. I asked again if they would call me. She stated yes. 5PM came and went and no phone call and no one ever came.

They did an excellent job. Siding looks brand new.

It went great. We removed the screens ahead of time, so they could start as soon they arrived. They were clean, quick, and efficient. As a bonus they washed the exterior glass on our front and back doors. We'd definitely hire them again.

Fire Dawgs called within a day to set up a date and time and their schedule was very flexible. On the day of the pickup, De'Sean and P. J. called about 20 minutes before arrival which I appreciated. These guys were great---very polite and friendly. They were in and out in no time and even offered to sweep up a little bit of dirt on my driveway that came from the backyard debris. I've hired Fire Dawgs in the past and based on the amount of useless junk I've acquired over the years, I'll hire them again.

I've hired Fire Dawgs (used to be Junk Dawgs) several times and each time I have been pleased with their service. I had torn down a wall in the basement so I had lots of demo debris. The two guys arrived on time and loaded up their truck in minutes. My basement is an ongoing project so I'm sure I will hire Fire Dawgs in the future.

He did a great job. The patio had 20 years of dirt and grime taken off of it in an hour and the chimney looks like new. The front porch looks refreshed. I would definitely hire them again.

The team, Chase and PJ arrived just at the end of the 2-hour window originally agreed upon (which was later changed via e-mail to a 5 HOUR window, which I would consider unacceptable for a working person such as myself). They brought in the hoses from their truck, but had no protective cloths to protect my light blue, 100% wool carpet. (I thought, well, they are a carpet cleaning company, so if there is a problem, the company is well-equipped to fix it, but nothing serious happened as far as I can tell.) They also had no protective booties on their shoes as they went in and out of my home, tromping across damp leaves where there was no longer a pathway - I had become accustomed to this courtesy from other companies. They were very polite and willing otherwise. The middle of the tile floor looks fantastic! but all around the edges of the floor, and especially under the cabinets, the grout lines are still grey to black because the only machine they had with them was too bulky to do the corners well. I had to point out puddles of water on the hardwood floor outside the bathroom that were left when they moved their hoses and equipment to the second bathroom, which they mopped up with damp rags. Once again, floor covering would have been useful in this situation. I did not find water on the blue carpet outside the second bathroom, just dirty specks. They did need to be encouraged to go back and hand clean the long line of dirt on the tiles under the cabinet projection before they sealed it, but, while the sealant will be wonderful on the middle of the tiles, it has sealed in dirt in the corners. After the team left, carefully negotiating my tree-lined driveway, I went back and inspected the work, wiping away dirt in the first bathroom and recleaning the brown stains that had oozed across the tile and into the grout around the toilet there. I guess I will be down on my hands and knees doing the edges myself later this week to see if I can make it match the really beautiful middle of the floor. In any case, the two rooms look a whole lot better and brighter for the visit from Fire Dawgs.

Rescheduled once, but I was called in advance and promptly rescheduled so all went well!

They arrived on time, surveyed the job and gave me an estimate of the cost, allowing me to adjust what they would take away according to the amount I wanted to spend. They were courteous and very helpful with suggestions of how I could minimize my costs and still get the job done. I would hire again.

Fire Dawgs did a wonderful job cleaning the outside of my house. One wall had quite a bit of mold and the technician got it all off. I was amazed at how much he was able to accomplish in 2 hours. I will definitely use Fire Dawgs again.

Two guys were here. they were very professional, hard working, pleasant . and did a great job on my deck. I plan on hiring them to do more work for me.

Purchased a $99 Angie's List Deal for two hours of power washing. They washed away all the gross green stuff on my house and made the rest of the white siding look brand new. Even the drive and sidewalk looked new. I thought I might need to have the siding and trim on the house repainted in the Spring but after Fire Dawgs power washed everything, it looks like the house was got a fresh coat of paint!

They were very prompt, courteous, professional. One thing I really like about them is their communication. They text to confirm, text to schedule, text when they're on their way, rather than playing phone tag. On the two pet stains, they even came out a second time to get the stain up completely, and they came out a second time at no additional charge.
