Fire Dawgs Junk Removal Indianapolis

Fire Dawgs were magnificent. They shoe-horned us in to a crew's route and were there first thing the next morning, as promised. Both the scheduler and the crew were the epitome of courtesy and competence.

Purchased a special junk removal rate from Angie's List. Fire Dawgs responded promptly and set up a time. When they came I showed them the largest piece - a malfunctioning big screen tv. They removed the smaller things but for tried for an hour to get the tv up the stairs. After awhile they just gave up and waived the electric surcharge. I was disappointed but was ready to move on until I checked out the staircase. There were numerous nicks and dents in the drywall of the staircase -- none of which had been brought to my attention before they left. I then called back to see if they would come and pick up the electronic parts of the TV, as I had broken down the TV to move it. I never received a response to that inquiry or to my concerns about the wall damage even though I got an automated call and email urging to me to call with any concerns and Fire Dawgs would make it right. All in all I was disappointed. I realize the TV was a hard job but would have appreciated some response from the company.

I use them pretty much every week. Their pricing is very fair. I've got a lot of houses and they're very fair with their pricing. They're just overall professional, and responsive. I can't say one bad thing about them.

Two workers efficiently removed all items from basement up a narrow 14 step staircase. Two tables had to be disassembled to get through the passageway. Some items were very heavy. Took an hour to complete the job.

I received a call the day after making the deal purchase to discuss the details and schedule the pick up. The crew handling the pick up called ahead to let me know they were on their way. When the crew arrived, they removed the items from my garage and loaded their truck in just a few minutes. The crew was courteous and introduced themselves. The whole transaction went very smoothly.

We've used Fire Dawgs a few times. They're always on time. They give you a firm price before starting (they provide a "window" estimate over the phone when you book the job). They work hard, They have a great attitude.

We have a very long 2nd story dryer vent. Dryer was not drying after cleaning. I called to inform them of the issue and they sent out another crew to redo the vent. Great customer service and care!

They removed junk from our home and it went great! They were fast and the price was right!

Seth and Josh arrived about an hour after I was texted by them that they were on their way (NW Indy to Fishers travel time can be challenging at 8 am weekdays) . They introduced themselves and we reviewed the areas to be cleaned. They set to work and completed the job in about two hours. Carpets look great. Tile looks good too. Due to the rainy day the carpets took a while to dry. Only downside was the credit card service fee that I did not know about before hand.

The removal went very well. They were quick. They had no problem removing the chair from our home. They looked over what we needed to have removed and a price was quoted before the work began. I had added an item (the large chair) after the original call. We would definitely hire them again. They were very nice to deal with.

They carpet cleaned for us, but I know they do more than that.
