I have used them before and have had them back since. These people are wonderful - easy to contact, easy to schedule, on time or early in our case, seem totally oblivious to the heaviness of a thing or true junk. This is probably the fourth time I've used them in the last few years of clean-out and clean-up and I think they're terrific.

Two very professional gentlemen showed up on time. The move went very smoothly and I will highly recommend them to family and friends that need to move or have junk hauled away.

Had more stuff than I realized - will have to have them come back a second time! But good service from them.

Great! Two guys arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They hauled away an old peddle boat, unused exercise equipment, large styrofoam boxes and cleaned up after themselves. They were efficient and professional. Junk is GONE!

OK. They took pretty much everything I wanted taken. I had booked for a pickup size, but they came with a dumpster size that already had landscape materials in it... so was a bit difficult to estimate hoe the items would fit in- but the 2 people who came fit it all in.

Prompt, courteous, problem fixed. Checked heating element to make sure it was not the reason clothes not drying. Thorough cleaning of vents. Recommend.

Big John and Austin called to provide a 7-10 minute window prior to arrival. Upon opening the door, they introduced themselves and proceeded to remove the item from my basement. As they departed, thanked me for choosing Fire Dawgs and hoped I will consider using them again.....which I most assuredly will!! Price/friendlyservice/professionalism was Five Star!!! I highly recommend this company!!

Very pleased with their service. Scheduling a time was easy. They called ahead to let me know they would be arriving soon and came within the scheduled window. They gave me a quick estimate which seemed very fair and moved stuff into their truck quickly. Pleasant and professional.

We'd give a 3/5 on the pressure and a 5/5 on the carpet cleaning.

These guys are the best. They are friendly, efficient, and I will continue to use them in the future, as I have always been very, very pleased with their help. I may look into more of their many services they are now providing.

It was cheaper than some other companies I had called and got estimates from. They were about $25 cheaper. They did a good job. Overall the service was good. They came in, they were courteous, they explained what they were going to do, answered any of my questions or concerns that I had, they were timely, they were here on time, and it didn't take them all day to do it. The only thing was, there was two of them, and one of the guys at the end, because of them their professionalism dropped from an A to a C. For one, there was two of us and my partner, when he came in he spoke to me, but he didn't acknowledge my partner, and I had some questions and he went outside, and he sent the other guy in when he first got here, he was the focal point of everything, and I don't know if he got upset because my partner addressed the issue of his attitude, sort of, and so it just kind of went downhill so I'd give him a C because of that. I would have given an A, but he was the focal point, he was the one who came in, was answering all the questions, he was like the lead guy, and so the other guy was just following, he was telling him what to do, and all this, in the end he took his stuff out, and he didn't come back in when I had to pay and all that, because I had some questions for him, and he didn't come back in, so it just kind of dropped them down. I don't think I'd have them back for the cleaning, but they also have other services, and it's not the same people all the time, I probably would try them again.

It went well. It was okay. I purchased them to come remove a TV. They came and got it, and left; wasn't here two minutes but it was worth it. I had to pay a disposal fee of $10, so it was still better than $109. It was two TV's and to dispose of it, I guess it was a $10 extra charge for that. I guess because it was one of them real old, they have the, you know, still had tubes in it, and mercury and all that kind of deal, so they called it a disposal fee to get rid of, I guess because of the mercury or whatever is in them tubes. But it was still cheaper than $109, so I'm happy. They came out - I think it was a week after I placed the order. It wasn't too long; it happened within a matter of a week, seven days I think it was. They came the following Tuesday from the day I ordered it. They had to come upstairs and get the TV; it was just a matter of seconds. They came in and did what they had to do. They were courteous, and they put their little footie things on, and so it was just in and out. I also used them to do my air filtration system, clean my vents, about a month later. I did use them again for that. They do a lot of things. I would use them again; I need to get rid of some junk.

Not happy with results nor having very young non communicative kids do the work. Update, 6/17/17: Horrible couch cleaning, didn't really do anything. Provider gave me my money back. Young workers not skilled in talking to customers.

Both the scheduler and the serviceperson were extremely polite and professional. They called and texted that they were running ahead of schedule and could come early. Work was done in about ten minutes. Had an easy time with them accepting Angie's List voucher. Called afterward to make sure we were happy with service - noticeably great customer service! The only thing I wish they did differently was discuss different vent options to prevent this happening again. Another provider, who could not get out as fast, let me know over the phone that there are alternate vent openings/covers that might work better for us in the future.

They were professional and very fast at the work.
