Great. Big John was part of the team I used in May and he was part of this team as well. He and Walker were efficient and professional. They even cleaned up a mirror that I broke. They are great.

The truck was full when they got there. Otherwise, they could have taken more.

They did a great job and explained everything so we knew what was included with service. Did not try to add up charges once they got there. Good communication all the way from scheduling to service. Careful not to break anything. We chose the ultimate package with vacuuming and scotchguard and I think it was very reasonable.

Their idea of a "regrigerator-sized load" must refer to a very small refrigerator. I paid almost twice the amount and they removed about what I could have gotten in my dumpster if I had the means to cut the wood into smaller pieces. They were prompt and pleasant, and I would hire them again if I had a small pile of nuclear or infectious waste to get rid of.

Excellent service. The material was heavier than they anticipated but they honored the deal price anyway.

They were extremely professional from the initial phone call until they picked up the last item from my driveway. One of my neighbors was really impressed by the professionalism and shiny truck and walked over to ask for their information. What's best, is that this is a company that employs those who have volunteered their lives for all of us, either as a firefighter or veteran of the armed services. To me, the cost of the service they provided to me is insignificant to their service to the United States.

Wonderful - they replied promptly to my email inquiry and made arrangements to come and give us an accurate quote in person. If we liked the quote, they were prepared to take the materials that day...if we decided it was too pricey, we had the option of saying "thanks, but no thanks". The price was reasonable and they even called to see if they could come earlier than originally scheduled. We were happy with the outcome, for sure.
