They did the job quickly at a very reasonable cost

We used Fire Dawgs to move us in 2015 and they were awesome so we decided to use them again to haul some brush away. My husband made the arrangements telling them how big the brush piles were and that they contained poison oak. Over the phone we were quoted $400 to haul away everything and scheduled a day and time. He was also told that the price was an estimate and that the workers would confirm the price on arrival. One truck arrived with two workers who arrived on time and ready, but said they wouldn't be able to haul everything away because they only had the one truck and it couldn't hold everything. The price was the same regardless, since their price is really $400 for one truck and 2 guys...not for the whole job. When I reiterated that there was poison oak in the brush, one of the guys stepped away and said he was highly allergic to poison oak. He finally agreed to give it a try since he didn't want the other guy to have to do it all. I was surprised that they had not been told of the conditions prior to being sent to do the job. They loaded the truck with everything that would fit, including some old barbed wire fencing, a shopping cart and as much brush as they could stomp down with their feet. We were disappointed that they didn't clean up the whole mess as they cleared a pile. We had to rake up the debris that was left in order to truly clear the area. The two guys who did the work were VERY nice and professional. They did give us a discount since we were repeat customers and we appreciated that since we felt the price was rather high. Maybe it was high because we are in Greenfield and they are on the west side of Indy, but I don't know that for sure. We would hire Fire Dawgs again for other services, but not for hauling. I still have two piles of brush that I still need to have removed, but they want to charge us another $400 so thanks but no thank you!

The service was excellent from start to finish. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed by email. The day before the appointment another reminder message was received and a phone call when the service person was on his way. Kyle was very pleasant to work with and all went well. They will be called again when we need any of the services they provide. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have used Fire Dawgs and will definitely, should the need arise, use them again. The first time was to dispose of a refrigerator. Both times, they were on time (actually ahead of time) clean, professional, introduced themselves and got the job done quickly and neatly. This business is run as a business should be run. 5 Stars!

We have used Fire Dawgs in the past for moving some heavy items and felt they did a good job. We hired them to come out and power wash the exterior of our 2700 ft2 home, our detached garage and two small decks. They gave us a 2 hour window on a Saturday for arrival (10a-12p). At 1230 we had not heard and called. They said the first job was taking them a little longer than expected but to expect our serviceman in 30 minutes. At 2:30pm we still hadn't heard so we called back and left a message when no one answered. About 10 minutes later the service man called and said he was getting ready to come. Unfortunately we had plans this evening and felt they wouldn't be able to complete the job by 5pm which we had requested. We went ahead and cancelled our service at that time because we were so disappointed with the experience. The service man was kind on the phone and apologized. We certainly understand that projects can go long, but to not receive any communication other than when we initiated it shows poor customer service and consideration. After this experience we will not be using fire dawgs again or referring them to our friends. We have also found a provider since cancelling the service that is charging less than half of what they were going to charge us,.

They were prompt, professional, thorough, and friendly. I would use them again. I plan to use their junk removal services also.

They cleaned out 2 attics and hauled 2 truckloads of junk. Arrived right on time, worked quickly, and emailed invoice and receipt immediately. Terrific service.

Nate was very pleasant and professional in all of our dealings. He informed me completely of all charges and other details for the services I requested. We scheduled a date and time and after our conversation I received a confirmation email outlining what we discussed. They not only showed up on time but were considerate enough to call ahead and let me know exactly when they would be there. They had an opening the day of for an earlier time and called to ask if I was available .. we were already home so that worked out perfectly. I received a confirmation of payment email after they left so I would have a receipt. I would recommend Fire Dawgs to anyone especially for things which need to be recycled like our old huge projection TV. They were here only `10-15 minutes.. got right to work and were very careful not to damage anything at my home.

It was great. They were able to schedule the pickup within 24 hours of my call (which was very important to me) and were at the pick-up location exactly when they said they would be. Gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were nearing the location and another when they were finished. Will definitely use them again.

Fire Dawgs were completely professional. They scheduled me pretty quickly (they could have come sooner had my schedule allowed), and sent two very capable gentlemen to do the job. They were willing to move some items in order to clean the carpet, which was super helpful given that my children have way too many toys and things lying around. They showed me where there were stubborn stains that they made an effort to get out (not completely successfully, but that was expected on our part, due to the high degree of pet-related nastiness).

They did keep me updated on when they was to arrive.

I purchased the deal on Angie's List for $200 only to receive a call from Fire Dawgs that they no longer offered that service at that price. However, they would honor the service at an additional fee of $100 plus $25 for vents in excess of 10. I feel this was a "bait and switch" and most likely will not purchase future deals on Angie's List.
