Fire Dawgs Junk Removal Indianapolis

Great. The 2 men who came were very efficient ant the sleeper-sofa & obsolete TV in the basement were difficult to bring upstairs and out of my house. They also took a lot of junk, like old floor tiles, bags of hardened grout, bits & pieces of debris from the garage. They were very nice and polite and allowed me to check to see if they had removed everything I had asked them to do. I'm moving soon and really do appreciate their help cleaning up.

There was a truck load of junk in my garage, they showed up, assessed and worked. Two guys did the job of 4 and they were in and out in less then an hour. I'll be hiring them again.

It went great. The guys were fast, yet very careful of my home. They were also very professional and courteous. Price was good, and they gave me a discount for family military service. I love supporting our veterans!

I called in the morning and they were able to come around that afternoon! The 2 gentlemen introduced themselves (sorry - I have forgotten their names) and were very courteous and professional and had no problems removing the items, including a rather large heavy desk that was in the basement. They had to take the door at the top of the basement steps off its hinges to get the desk out and did it very carefully with no damage. Overall very pleased.

Tam was on time, very courteous and did the job quickly. We had contacted for the headboard, frame and 1 chair, but decided it would be to our benefit to add the second chair before their arrival. They did not hesitate to add that to what they picked up.

They were late in arriving and no one called to let me know they would be late.

Called and emailed Fire Dawgs many time, they never got back to me. Finally I called customer service and they said they would send the people to the property and would call from there to confirm.They never called and marked the task as completed with no notes. When called back,the customer service agent said the property was in very bad contrition and they refused to do the task. I sent my Prop manager to revisit and confirm what they were saying and he said it was not the case. I am not sure if Fire Dawgs ever wanted to do the work in the first place. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!,there are plenty of others...

The customer service was great. Provided clear and accurate information. Estimate was right on point so I knew what to expect bill wise. Removers removed a hot tub for me which they did quickly (and it was a big hot tub). They cleaned up all debris afterwards and left area clean. I called 2 other companies and Fire Dawgs priced was best of all three. I would hire again and recommend.

Monday Bennett (owner) came out to my house and gave me a quote-professional and detailed the process etc. then on Thursday the gentlemen arrived as promised and even sent an email and called to confirm. They were also professional and the results are fabulous! My neighbors walk by and can't believe how much better my driveway looks. Note: I did pressure wash two years ago myself, but it did not look like I ever did it. Learned that I did not kill the spores so the dark crud returned quickly. Wish I took a before and after photo. This is an exceptional company! I was given an estimate for the service when I made an appointment to have a solid wood bed frame hauled away. I was able to schedule the pick-up within two days. They called when they were on their way, and arrived within the parameters of the scheduled pick-up. They told me how much it would be when they arrived (the lower end of the spectrum I had been given over the phone). The men were courteous, efficient, pleasant, and I felt very comfortable having them in my house. I am certain I will use them again for this type of service.

Very responsive and helpful when we decided to add to job by contacting them the day before service was to happen. We recently used the Dawgs to power wash our dock on the white river. To say their work exceeded our expectations is an understatement! We never imagined they could get it that clean..and they were eco-friendly too and didn't use the usual soap because of the river runoff...just a very powerful power-washer!
