Exactly as they stated. Even received a $25 discount for getting the items ready for them to haul without having to come into our home. It was raining so I staged the items in our garage. Received a call to let me know they were on their way and when they arrived. Both gentlemen were professional, polite and thanked me for my business.

It couldn't have gone any better. They separated items into donations and trash and discarded them accordingly. They were fabulous! The price I paid was fair as it was a day and a half job of cleaning out a home that had been lived in for almost 50 years.

Weather was lousy (ice, snow) but the Fire Dawgs came as scheduled. Due to the size of the furniture, a door had to be removed to get a couch and love seat out of the house but the door was rehung before they left. Both workers were very polite and professional with positive attitudes. They represented their company well. They did not appear to be in a hurry but got the job done efficiently in a very timely manner. Yes, I would definitely use the Fire Dawgs again and highly recommend them to anyone. I believe their prices were in line with similar companies but, of course, I would have rather paid less. That will not keep me from using them again.
