Three Fire Dawgs showed up within the time frame they gave us. They were friendly and professional and worked like dawgs! We filled their largest truck in 1.5 hours. We were under the gun for time and they let us help to get it done as quickly as we could. They even let us take their pictures so I could show family the great job they did. And we are not done....they will be back a second time. We could not be more pleased! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED for the work we wanted them to complete!

When I booked the appointment, I clearly told them there was an "old fashioned" TV in the basement. They showed up with nothing-- no dolly, no straps-- just 2 guys. When they got the TV to the top of the stairs, they dropped the edge on my kitchen floor and left a large gouge (luckily the kitchen floor was to be replaced). When they went to remove the sleeper sofa, they didn't secure it in any way. As they tried to get it through my front door, the mattress started to open, and it got stuck in the front door. Because the mattress framing had start to come out, all that metal scratched my front door very badly. The 2 guys even saw they were scratching the door and said "we'll give you $20 bucks off". By that point, I just wanted them to finish and be gone! If you care about the interior of your home, don't hire this company to remove anything from the inside of your home.

Chip & Keith were extremely professional. They performed the job very quickly and swept up the area where they took the furniture apart to get it out of the basement. I would definitely hire them again. My only issue was the email confirmation I received after making the appointment said a window of 1:00 - 3:00 pm. When I called to verify they said the window was actually 1:00 - 5:00 pm. They actually arrived at 3:25 pm so not far off the emailed timeframe.
