Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $49 for Spring Junk Hauling.

Description of Work: The Junk Dawgs came and removed the items I wanted removed. They were prompt, professional and very good at their job. My issue was the big deal. Purchased it for 45.00, thinking this would be the Thought I read the fine print and didn't see where it said this was just part of the cost. when they called to set up appointment, they asked how much stuff I needed hauled away and gave me a quote of $250-300. I mentioned that I purchased the Big spring deal. They said that would be deducted from the cost. They came and basically it cost $245.00 plus $45.00. I have no problem with the quality and the work that was done, I just wont purchase a Big Deal ever again.

I called yesterday to see when I might be able to schedule a pickup and was pleased to learn that a recent cancelations made it possible for the truck to be at my place in 30 minutes! As always, the rep's were punctual, fair in accessing how much additional junk I was needing hauled (in addition to the amount covered by the Angie's List Big Deal I was using), professional in their quick work, and personable in their customer approach! Another excellent experience!

Description of Work: I had purchased a special package from Angie's List for Junk Dawgs..a GREAT DEAL! Junk Dawgs came and removed a old porch swing from my back patio. They were on time and professional. I would use them again.
