They worked diligently and efficiently in spite of a very large couch and a small doorway and and an extremely heavy old tv.

Scheduling via text was easy. The price of $110 seemed unreasonable..almost as much as I had paid for a new smart TV. But I found that price comparable with other companies and includes a recycling fee. Scheduled between 2 and 5PM...and at 5:00, they still weren't at my house. I sent a text but got no response. They finally showed up near 5:30...but no phone call to let me know they were on the way(which had been promised). Two young men who told me they were “covering for others and had not been provided with info regarding what I needed done”. Then they started to come into my house with no distancing and no masks! When I told them they would need masks, they pulled them out and put them on. I sent a text to the.company regarding my bad experience. Their answer was to give me a discount on a future service. Why would I want to use them again after this poor service?

The crew was very professional and quick. Because of Covid-19, we'd dragged things that needed to be disposed to our yard. They arrived on time and removed everything promptly. All went well. I would definitely hire Fire Dawgs again!

Both guys were pleasant, friendly, helpful - and very fast! I made one call to them, they were able to schedule me within a couple days, and the service was excellent.

It went really well. The 2 members that came, I couldn't ask for any more professional service. They were so nice and really got into their work as hot as it was. I would definately hire again and will get the companies name out to others.

Perfect. They hauled several large pieces of furniture including some that needed to be disassembled. They were quick and efficient without any damage to walls or floors.

Fire Dawgs communicates well and with detail. They responded to me within 15 minutes. The crew (Herman and Kevin) were professional, timely, and worked hard.

The process to make an appointment was very easy, and the truck came right on time. We were wondering how we could get rid of a rear projection TV (big one). I thought we probably would have to hire a mover, and then find a recycle company to take it. They removed it and handled the recycling themselves. What a relief. The two men were very pleasant and efficient. Love those guys !!
