Founded by Firefighters & Veteran Owned, Fire Dawgs Junk Removal provides award winning junk hauling and demolition services to Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. We clean out garages, basements and attics. We can help with hoarding situations, hot tub removal, swing set tear down, shed demolition and much, much more! We aim to provide customers with peace of mind by not only clearing out unwanted items, but also by recycling, reusing and donating as many items as possible. The deal you purchased was $49 for $105 in services which is for a group of items with a total volume of a standard household refrigerator. If any customer would like more items than the deal will cover, we apply the $105 to the total cost of the junk removal job. We removed 1/4 of a truck of debris at your service, which was more than the deal covered. We apologize for the confusion on pricing. We no longer service the Louisville area, but we do apologize for the confusion and frustration. Thank you again for your business and feedback.

Not as expected.
Description of Work: I had bought the Big Deal for gutter cleaning, however when the service providers arrived at my house. They stated I would need to ask for a refund as they could not accommodate my 2nd story home, as they only had 24 foot ladders. I have asked for a refund. And would have liked the Big Deal description to include this type of information beforehand, as I had taken off work for this service.
