Fire Dawgs did an outstanding job cleaning our gutters - they were professional, prompt, courteous, thorough and appropriately priced. Additionally, they reached out immediately the morning they were scheduled - a strong storm came through the night before - to apologize that the storm meant they needed to reschedule and were on site the next morning to do the work. Very happy with the work and we'll hire them again.

It was a pleasure working with Fire Dawgs! I needed an old king-size mattress, microwave, and rusted gas grill hauled away, and Fire Dawgs provided excellent service! They responded quickly to my e-mail inquiry, provided a reasonable quote that also included labor, transportation, and disposal fees, and they performed the service within 3 days of my initial inquiry. They sent me a confirmation e-mail for the appointment and gave me a 2-hour window for arrival, then they texted and called the day of to let me know they were on their way which I appreciated. When they showed up, we showed them the items that needed to be hauled away, they confirmed the amount we would owe (which was in line with their quote), and they got to work. Both gentlemen were friendly and efficient--they were at our house for less than 20 minutes. (We did have the mattress and microwave in our garage and the grill on the side of the house--all ready to go.) Fire Dawgs were on time, and removed all the junk in the house in about 5 hours. They were respectful of the property not to cause any damage. They were friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. If the need arises I would hire them again.

The first thing I noticed was their great attitudes! They didn't make me feel apologetic for having this "crap" in my life. Although I think I apologized anyway... They were early, which I loved, because I do have a life. They were fast, professional and polite. They got my junk down 2 flights of stairs without banging into any walls! The price was reasonable. They gave me an estimate on the phone and they stuck with it! This is the second time I've used their services and there will be a third time, I'm sure. I've recommended them to my friends who have used them as well. Look, bottom line, if you want to know why they are a 5 star business then just make an appointment. Junk Dawg removal arrived at the time indicate on the schedule. The workers were neat in appearance and ready to work. They removed several chairs, a desk and old wooden tables. Everything went as planned.

I had a small job but was so glad to have this service to pick up some items in my garage that I wanted to get rid of. A couple old outdoor chairs and cushions, some old remodeling supplies, a long roll of old vinyl flooring and some old carpet. I have no way to haul things and these days you have to figure out who will take what and take things multiple places. This one stop hauling was great! They will then figure out the disposition of the items. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and on the job was friendly. Will definitely call them again when needed.

As always the service was outstanding. They cut up and removed an old spa from an indoor sunroom. Also took care of some junk removal from a room we are refurbishing. Have used them on several occasions and will continue to use their services when I need a hand removing heavy/bulky items that can't be thrown out with the normal trash.
