They did a very good job. They were on time, dressed appropriate, and really polite . I was really happy with them.

While we engaged them as a Big Deal, the job was bigger than contemplated. They were helpful, pleasant and professional. They even broke up a sofa sleeper to haul it away with no complaint! They had to perform another job but kept in touch and came back to finish. I would and have recommended them and would rehire if the need arises.

I did the Big Deal $110 for $220 Worth of Junk Removal Services from Junk Dawgs. Paid last night, called this morning and stuff was gone by 11:30am (took about 1.5 hours). The 2 guys called ahead. Gave me the GPS approx time of arrival and were right on time. These guys were great. Looked at the stuff then went at it (I added a few things to throw on the pile here and there since they were here). I would definitely use again.

We had a mix up or something. I'm really not sure what happened. I was given a time and they did not show up at that point. In fairness, they did try to contact me a few times (I was in meetings all day so there was no one I was able to contact them immanently). I was told it would be taken care of a little later than planned but they did not show up. I'm not sure if they had the right address (that I gave them, as well as listed in my profile information sent to them via Angie's List) but it was a no show. I was refunded my money in full. I had the work taken care of else where, but they where prompt in calling me and figuring out a way we would be able to use their services in the future. I plan on calling them again in the future. No bad taste in my mouth, probably just a misunderstanding( at least I hope).

We had 33 year old freezer that stopped working during move. We had bought a new freezer "just in case", but was delivered before we got to new house with old freezer. Recyling service had been scheduled to pick up freezer but needed to be in "working order" so that had to be cancelled. We called Junk Dawgs and scheduled with them. They came when scheduled and were surprising neat and clean and not what I thought would be collecting "junk". The also carried in organ that we could not lift.

The came gave us an estimate, set a date, and hauled away the accumulated junk we had in our garage. We moved junk from other areas of the house to the garage.

Junk Dawgs provided a GREAT SERVICE!!! So easy and accommodating to work with. I called, set the time for the service. They were very prompt and called prior to the scheduled arrival time. When the two men arrived they introduced themselves, and shook my hand. Josh and Jake were very professional and kind. Such a cold day to load furniture on a truck. It was an EXCELLENT experience! I definitely will be calling Junk Dawgs again.

After a very bad experience with another company, this one was great. They responded to my big deal request within the same day to set up an appointment. They showed up on time and were very friendly and polite.

Prompt courteous service. Called in the morning, spoke with Jeff and they fit me into their schedule the same day to remove a mattress. When we need moving/hauling service again, we will be calling Junk Dawgs.

They were very nice to meet me on a Saturday - and on short notice added me to the end of their day. This was to clean out an apartment of a relative that passed away. We needed to get the apartment cleaned out quickly. Very professional and polite. Completed the job quickly and efficiently.

All of the men who work for the company are either first responders or ex military and it showed. They kept us apprised of their approximate arrival time during the day. They were polite, professional and careful while performing their service. We will definitely use this company and highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Received estimate over phone. Arrived on date promised. Removed old hot tub from patio. Professional & friendly.

Awesome! John and Richie were extremely professional and nice. They both introduced themselves and shook my hand. They removed the hot tub and then swept the area clean. Quick and efficient. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them for any kind of removal. Also, they were able to come early and called ahead of time. Great service!

This was a special offer from Angie's list. I'd wanted to get rid of some things for a long time and this was an excellent opportunity that when perfectly in all respects.

This is the second time I've used this outfit and wouldn't hesitate to use or refer them to my friends/family again. Very punctual & professional.

I shopped around for a good deal on removing many odds and ends (furniture, toys, bedding, etc.) from a rental. The objects were not considered 'trash' but were recyclable. Most of the 'Craigslist' haulers I contacted never returned my call or bothered to show up. The ones that did, came late and had a small pickup truck; wanting a high disposal amount per load. I was driving down Crawfordsville Rd and spotted the Junk Dawgs truck....wrote down the number and called them the next day. Wow....glad I did! We set an appointment, they arrived on time (early actually) spoke with Jeff and toured the house. There was more than I thought...basement, attic....misc. boxes, king size mattress/box springs/workshop in basement full of 'stuff'. He reviewed the items, gave me the special truck load price and began to work. A couple hours later, the truck was totally full...they came back the next day to finish with a new truck to continue to load for an additional agreed upon price. The entire experience was painful; the gentlemen that he employed were polite, courteous and very conscientious. They respected the property by pulling the truck into the alley access driveway (cement slab) and did not pull closer to the house through the yard due to rain that morning for better access; they walked the loads all the way to the back of the house. Perfect experience, have told others about them and will definitely use them again. P.S. The company is employed by off-duty firefighters, some Army reserve guys, etc. They also take your items that need to be donated to the appropriate businesses for drop off.....A+ for that!

Best to check on how much they will haul for the price--I didn't and had to pay more on site.

Two men showed up to remove a 650-pound hot tub. I was dubious that just the two of them could do it. They disconnected the electrical connection, dismantled as much as they could to make it lighter, then flipped it up on its side. They slid the tub off the deck onto the backyard grass, then "rolled" it to the truck. It was a challenge, but they were finally able to get the hot tub onto the truck. They cleaned up all the debris, swept the deck, and they were off. It took 2 hours, but they got the job done. Overall, a very good job.

We LOVE working with Junk Dawgs. Very professional, reasonably priced, prompt in their communications -- I have no complaints at all. They helped us get rid of an old (heavy, pain-in-the-neck) broken hot tub, and then also came back to take apart and haul away some old wood decking that was built around it. They did a great job, and they left the area clean and looking great. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The two guys from Junk Dawgs were on time and very professional. They were careful with the items that were being hauled away, and careful not to damage my other furnishings. The price was VERY reasonable (I got one of the Angie's deals). What I didn't realize when I hired them, but greatly appreciated, was that they would take and offer the items to Goodwill. I had a very good experience!

It went outstanding. I am very pleased, they did?a great job, and I would be glad to tell our neighbors about them.
