I had a <1" cut on my car's vinyl dash and Warren repaired it without any difficulties. He came to my house and was in and out in about 3 hours. I tried three other local franchise vinyl repair companies and Fibrenew was the only company to call me back. In addition, they were very accommodating to my schedule conflicts and changes. Do I know where the repair was? Sure. But someone just casually looking at the dash probably wouldn't be able to ascertain where the repair was done. It's that good. Bottom line, I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the local franchise personnel and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

It was great! Stephanie and Warren work well as a team (they are married) and they explain everything up front and make sure you know exactly what they are doing. Very knowledgable. They arrange transportation to and from your house with a local company which I paid through PayPal. Super easy to work with them. I never expected my old couch to look this GREAT!!!! It absolutely looks brand new. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. They are extremely fair...not to mention super nice.

It was an excellent repair.... the replaced panel matched the color of the rest of the 9 year old leather on the chair. The project involved removal of the center panel; the dyeing of the leather piece to match the rest of the chair; stitching the new panel in the center and the re-upholstery of the backrest. While it might be considered an expensive repair, it was well worth the cost vs. replacing the entire chair The wait time was approximately two weeks.

Warren Rosenthal picked up our first chair at our home so he could work on it at his shop. He absolutely wanted to work with our schedule when he had finished the work so he could return it after we returned from out of town. Our first chair needed to be cleaned and redyed. The final result was a beautiful brown. A far cry from the yellow color the chair had faded to and no one would know the color had been changed. A beautiful job! The other 2 chairs are 35 yrs old and needed cleaning. Warren was able to clean the two chairs at are home by laying down drop clothes to protect our carpeting. After the excellent job cleaning by Warren and because they look so good. We hope to keep our chairs another 35 years.

Warren did a fantastic job which exceeded our expectations. The chairs now look better than they have in a long time. We are very pleased with the results.

I contacted the provider, received a call back the next day, came out the following day to do an estimate, worked done the following week. Arrived on time, very friendly and professional, extremely pleased with the finished product.

Provider was very diligent, friendly and professional. Cared for adjacent furnishings and finishes and provided all of his own equipment and material.

It turned out very well. I'm very happy with the results. The fellow was clean. He is knowledgeable. He was prompt and he did great work. He was on time. He did what he said he could do. He worked efficiently and he cleaned up afterwards. The job turned out very well. It looks very good. The work was very good.

Warren came out and cleaned and repaired our 13 year old off white leather couch, loveseat and chair!! What a difference...they look better than new. The company is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any and all of your leather furniture needs!!

Fibrenew just cleaned and protected my 15 year old leather sofa, love seat and matching chair. My furniture looks brand new again and it feels sooo soft, like its been rejuvenated.
