FEDEX KINKO'S

This service was provided on a Saturday at around noon. I went into this FedEx/Kinkos at 5030 Pike Plaza Road, Indianapolis, with a total of about 5 lbs of paper I wanted shreddded. For the sake of my convience, I had distributed them into 3 light bags. I went into the business and waited in a line for 7 minutes without my existence even being acknowledged. I should have walked out right then, but was tired of carrying the bags around in the trunk of my car. so I stayed. There were only two employees and both were busy the entire time I was there, which was about 20 minutes. Twenty minutes to get some papers shredded? Again, I should have walked out but by then she was in the middle of the first bag. One of the employees was tied up with a single customer who was creating a banner. That left the second employee to cover the rest of the store.The second employee was very new to the job and needed instruction on virtully everything she did. Customers were complaining about the length of time they had been waiting, and she handled it as gracefully as she could manage but was, understandably, getting overwhelmed. I felt so bad about 7 customers waiting behind me while my papers were being shredded that after she had gotten through one bag I told her to give me the remaining two back so she could help the customers who were waiting. Whoever was responsible for scheduling employees that day should have provided more support to the new employee. In this store, on this date, my experience as a customer was negative, and I won't be going back to this store for anything.

Order was placed online which was fairly easy. Picking up the item was difficult. They couldn't find the finished copies although they called and told me they were done. Finally found them after a while.
