FED EX

We ordered a laptop and the original delivery attempt was on the 24th, from the time they tried to deliver the package and the time it took to get up and get to the door they had already ran back to the delivery truck and left. They tried to deliver it again two days later and I was in the back patio and this time the tag left on my door said "last attempt". I then called FedEx and explained the situation to a gentleman and he apologized and had told us he would be attempting delivery again, I left a note as well that it was alright to leave it on the porch and signed the note in case no one answered the door. After still not receiving the package. I had called and spoke with FedEx and eventually had gotten a hold of a supervisor named Paula. I was hoping this supervisor would be able to resolve my issue so I can get the laptop delivered or find a way to pick it up from FedEx. Paula however wasn't much help and was extremely rude and combative, she said they attempted three deliveries when they only left two tags and never left the packaged as requested. I wasn't happy with the way Paula had treated me and instead of resolving my problem or attempting to help, she made it worse and wasn't willing to work with me to get the laptop and my issues taken care of. The next day my husband spoke with QVC and was told they can not get the laptop back nor could they contact the vendor to get it back and there was nothing that that they could do. We now are unable to repurchase the laptop and are losing out on saving $300-400.
