We highly recommend Pegg Kennedy and Susan Ancona. Pegg was our primary realtor while Susan helped us when Pegg was on vacation. Both are excellent and greatly exceeded our expectations when it came to finding a house and going through the house buying process.

Terrible. There was mold and mildew throughout the house. There was constant ground water seepage into the basement and mold spores throughout the house and the adjacent properties attached. There was a board of health report that cited not only the mold and mildew but also faulty wiring. My personal property and my health were greatly affected by the mold. She has many other properties that have similar problems. She was terrible to communicate with. We had a toilet that stopped working and when I contacted her about the problem she basically told me if I didn't like it to move out. I would definitely call her a slumlord. My daughter would ride her bike home from school and leave it on the front porch. Sally would drive by and see the bike and tell me to move the bike off the front porch or move out. She also told us we could only have 1 car parked in the driveway and a city ordinance prevented us from parking any cars on the street, but there was no ordinance whatsoever. She brought so much anxiety on myself and my family. We were already dealing with my daughter's disease. She constantly was threatening me with eviction for no reason. In July she raised the cost of the rent by $100.

She worked tirelessly on all details of completing a market analysis of our home's current value, made marketing materials, coordinated all details of selling home, worked professionally with other agents, helped find contractors to do repairs, and worked out all details with closing the sale. She is extremely professional, works very hard, is low pressure, and is very honest. She is a wonderful real estate agent. We have bought two homes using her as our agent, and sold both of them through her as well. We always recommend to family and friends and none have been disappointed. Give Susie a call!

Of all the Realtors we spoke with, Jamie was probably the most organized. He was the first to return my message and set up a time to meet, and he even double checked that day to confirm the time and meeting spot — and got there early. He really took the time to talk through not only what he offers but also what we were looking for in our first home. Our friends recommended him because he was their Realtor when they bought a first home, and they were dead on that Jamie was very organized, personable and educated on local real estate. The information he gave us was excellent, and even though we were already well informed about the process and had secured financing, it was very clearly presented so that we knew what we should expect — from him, from FC Tucker and from the whole home buying process. He lives in Fishers, which is where we were leaning toward buying, so we liked his familiarity with the area and schools. However, after my boyfriend and I spent three full hours going back and forth between Jamie and another Realtor, we ultimately chose someone else. Jamie was great and would have been excellent, but we connected slightly more with someone else, nothing else. However, we'd absolutely consider using him in the future and would recommend talking to him if you're looking for a home on the northside.
