Because of our incredible service on our first spa we decided to use them again. They gave exemplary service once again and we are extremely happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Easy to work with, very good experience would definitely use them again.

The finish on the table turned out to be faulty and Family Leisure replaced the table after I sent them a photo of the problem. Smooth process.

We purchased 3 bar stools from Family Leisure. They were boxed and had to be assembled. Opened the 1st box and attempted to decipher the instructions. Parts listed never showed up on the instructions, probably the worst instructions I had ever seen.. Finally got the first stool assembled and it was wobbly, no way to fix, so I put aside and started # 2, only to start tightening with provided allen wrench and lower seat assembly cracked. Opened 3rd box, laid out parts and the foot rest was already broken. Put all 3 stools in my car to return to store. Went to Service dept and was asked to bring stools into store, the clerk did hold the door for me at the end. Told me to drive around to bay door and they will load 3 more stools into my car. At this point I thought, 0 for 3, I do not want another 3 stools, just refund my money! The clerk then decided to share his opinion that " I think you broke all these stools while trying to assemble them" I was ticked off and asked to speak with his manager. He disappeared for about 5 minutes, only to reappear and say "my manager is on the phone and will be for awhile, but I can refund your money" I did receive a refund but their customer service was appalling! We had purchased a hot tub from FL about a year ago and received good customer service, but, I WILL NEVER buy another product from this company ever. the reason for this decision is based on the demeanor of the front line person in their service dept!

We were hoping to take advantage of end of season sales, so we headed to Family Leisure. We were impressed with the size of the store. The sales team was a little pushy, but we understand that they are just doing their job. We were shown several sets above our quoted price range, which annoyed me a little. After being firm on what we could spend, we were led to a few sets within that price. We were given plenty of time to make a decision, and the rest of the transaction went smoothly. The furniture was ready for pick up very quickly, and we were pleased overall with the sale.

We purchased an Artesian hot tub from Family Leisure (then Watson's) in 2007 and needed service because breaker kept tripping and found it was not an electrical issue but a hot tub issue. I contacted Family Leisure's service department three times and left messages. No return calls at all. Since we are putting our home on the market in 2 weeks we needed it looked at quickly. I do not recommend them for service. See my report for Hot Tub Joe's. Because he was prompt and got the job done!

The people who did the pool did not come for a few days. But I will use their services in the future.

Overall I had great service, but the price was very steep.

Our sales guy was Mike M. He was very knowledgeable and polite on a very busy day. He showed us all of the options and differences between pools. My wife and I felt that he was very attentive to our wants and needs and not shy about telling us the differences in pools and prices. In our package we elected to have F.L. take care of the building permits and the installation. The only thing I was left doing was the call before you dig info and having 6 tons of Sand delivered. The pool is scheduled to be installed this Friday. We look forward to a long relationship with Family Leisure. We did shop around several different pool retail places and feel like we got the best service and advice from F.L. Money was never the issue with the other retailers, it was trusting what the people were selling me and backing up the product. F.L told me that they handle all of the warranty work and if I ever needed anything they had a guy for me to call for almost everything. My family and I will go back for all of our outdoor needs.

Everything went great! I needed to purchase new pool sticks and had no clue what I was looking for. I remember Matt Dietz was the salesman. He seemed very knowledgeable in his area, and didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything. The price was also reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Overall it went okay. They were late when they said it would be delivered and they charged us money to deliver. They sent four guys and a pickup truck. That part did not go very well. The product didn’t work actually when it was installed. They were good and they came back and replaced it.

We purchased a hot tub approximately 3 years ago from Family Leisure (Watson's). After filling the tub late this fall I noticed the tub was leaking. I called FL and they informed me I had a 5 year extended warranty. The service guys came out right away. The one frustrating part of the experience was it took several visits from the service guys to isolate and fix them problem. I called and expressed my frustration to Eric, the service manager. He handled my complaint professionally and provided some additional service at no charge to compensate for the delay in getting the hot tub repaired. Overall, I'm satisfied with the job and would recommend FL to others.

We bought our hot tub from them 12 years ago. They tried to convince us to buy a new hot tub rather than fix our old one. They were telling us that hot tubs only last 7-10 years and that ours should be replaced.

They provided good service. Everything went fine with them. I'll use them again in the future.

They are right on the job. They are very convenient as far as making their hours mesh with mine. We did have a small problem with a leak, but they came right out and fixed it when they said they would. The manager was very nice to work with. We have bought a lot of things at Watson's and we would go back. When they delivered the liquor cabinet, there were some deep scratches and they were willing to take it back and bring us a new one. Instead, I just had them send out a team to paint the scratches and you can't even see them now.

It went great. The salesman was Doug and he's a true master of his craft. He made it pretty cut and dry...which is nice.

Felt pretty comfortable with the salesman, and were fairly pleased with the initial purchase. But when we went to the service department a few months later, I was pretty disappointed. They don't want to stand behind the products they sell or honor their warranty.

They were very prompt and did a wonderful job. The delivery service was great. They were very careful about everything and took off their shoes. They also had to go down a stair case and made sure they didn't hit anything. Very polite and courteous.

I DID NOT REALIZE THAT WE WERE PUTTING IN TOO MUCH CHLORINE. THEY REALLY DID NOT DO ANY WORK, BUT THE INFORMATION THEY DID GIVE ME WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Salesman was very nice and had lots of knowledge. I went in 2 different times and was impressed with him both times. I did not buy from them as they did not have the model I wanted to "wet" test. I asked both times if a wet test would be available and was told NO both times. I bought from one of their competitors where I could test the tub first.

We purchased our pool this past Spring. Within 1 month, it was installed and we were swimming by summer. We grew-up with a pool and always had problems with the chemicals. The Watson's chemical package was perfect, meaning -- our water was always excellent quality with very little work.

The install was great. After install isn't. To get a hold of someone from their water treatment dept is not the greatest. We've had a pH and alkalinity issue for 2 days and we've added every chemical they said to and followed instructions to try and achieve the recommended chemical balance. We are very familiar with Indiana's poor water quality, however, Watson's response time to get someone to help you is poor. I was put on hold five times and never ended up speaking with someone who could help me. Left voice mail. So now this issue will continue on to its 3rd day.

The salesperson was very relaxed and not at all pushy, which I liked. He simply answered my questions and helped with check-out. I was looking for a 7' table which made it a bit harder to find what I wanted in my price range. But I found the Cannon at a sale price that made the purchase a no-brainer. Watson's delivered and installed the table when it was convenient for me. They were very flexible. I would buy there again.

EVERYONE FROM THE SALESPEOPLE TO THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION PEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NICE. WATSONS WAS BY FAR THE CHEAPEST PLACE AROUND BECAUSE THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WAS INCLUDED IN THE $1200, AS WELL AS ALL THE AMENITIES FOR THE POOL TABLE ITSELF.

THEY ARRIVED ABOUT 1 HOUR EARLY. THEY INSTALLED THE HOT WHERE WE SPECIFIED. THE GENTLEMAN WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMED ON THE HOT TUB. THEY WERE CONTRACTED BY WATSON'S TO DO THE INSTALLATION AND WERE NOT EMPLOYEES OF WATSON'S. THE ADVICE ON THE CHEMICAL USAGE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ACCURATE.
