Description of Work: Purchased Palliser home theater seating group from Family Leisure in Indianapolis, total junk, leather was thinner than a newspaper. We are in our 70's and have drunks and party animals over every night...NOT. !!!!!!!! Our group gets used around 4-6 times per month, some summer months no use at all. The "LEATHER" started peeling off of the backing material just at the 5 yr. mark!!!!!!! Go figure? I didn't worry much because we had purchased it from a reputable company (we thought)!!!!! When we called we were told out of luck!!!!!!!! What? this was no dime store set, approx $ 3,000!!!!! you mean Family Leisure would not take care of a customer? after spending around $ 13,000 on a Cal spa, swings, chairs, and theater group?????? We are stuck with the sh*%@?@#t looking home theatre group in Indiana. DO NOT DEAL WITH FAMILY LEISURE IF YOU THINK THEY WILL SUPPORT YOU NO MATTER WHAT??????? Description of Work: Went in to look at patio furniture and asked for quote to be sent. Did not receive followed up or quote after I called asking for the quote. Bought furniture at Costco.

Description of Work: Provided an evaluation of our existing pool structure and advised on if our course of action regarding it was a good idea. An estimate of the work to be done was provided. The estimator/adviser was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in this process we are going through.

Description of Work: I purchased a part at this location, was told that if it was not the right one to keep my receipt and return it. I brought the part home, tried it and noted immediately that it was not the right size. It never was used or put into the water. When I went to take it back, the service department person asked me if it had been used. I told them, no. He said it was faded and that he could not accept it back. It is exactly as I received it. I noted on an identical part that it had a price tag attached... the one that they sold me did not. I feel that they sold me a used part. I do NOT trust them and would advise others to be very careful of what they purchase from this outfit. It is not the amount of money involved, it is the integrity of the company and the employees on their staff.

THEY CAME OUT TO INSPECT THEM AND SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THEM AND NEVER DID. I HAVE CALLED 5 WEEKS IN ROW, EACH TIME THEY HAVE SAID, "IT IS IN ROUTE BEING SHIPPED." I STOPPED IN TODAY AND SPOKE TO MR. BRUCE RICHARDS, THE GENERAL MANAGER, AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAD BEEN GOING ON. I ASKED FOR HIM TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF OUR DELIVERY, AND HE SAID THERE WAS NO WAY TO DO CONTRARY TO WHAT WE HAVE BEEN TOLD WHENEVER WE HAVE CALLED IN.

HE DID NOT PRESSURE US AT ANY TIME TO MAKE A PURCHASE IN ANY OF THE AREAS WE WERE LOOKING. WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR FURNITURE, THE PATIO TABLE WAS NOT IN STOCK. OUR SALES ASSOCIATE, BRANDON GRIFFIN, DELIVERED THE TABLE TO OUR HOUSE WITHOUT A DELIVERY FEE. HE USED HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE AND DELIVERED OUR TABLE ON HIS DAY OFF.

MY HUSBAND RETURNED THEM A FEW DAYS LATER (THEY DID NOT FIT) ON 10-18-01 & WAS TOLD A CHECK WOULD BE MAILED THE NEXT DAY. CHECK HAD NOT ARRIVED BY TUESDAY, 10-23 & I CALLED BACK. WAS TOLD CHECK WOULD BE PRINTED THURSDAY, 10-25 & MAILED. AS OF 10-30 STILL NO CHECK SO CALLED BACK & SURPRISE, WAS TOLD CHECK WOULD BE MAILED THURSDAY 11-1. TODAY IS SAT 11-3 & STILL NO CHECK.
