Description of Work: Purchased Palliser home theater seating group from Family Leisure in Indianapolis, total junk, leather was thinner than a newspaper. We are in our 70's and have drunks and party animals over every night...NOT. !!!!!!!! Our group gets used around 4-6 times per month, some summer months no use at all. The "LEATHER" started peeling off of the backing material just at the 5 yr. mark!!!!!!! Go figure? I didn't worry much because we had purchased it from a reputable company (we thought)!!!!! When we called we were told out of luck!!!!!!!! What? this was no dime store set, approx $ 3,000!!!!! you mean Family Leisure would not take care of a customer? after spending around $ 13,000 on a Cal spa, swings, chairs, and theater group?????? We are stuck with the sh*%@?@#t looking home theatre group in Indiana. DO NOT DEAL WITH FAMILY LEISURE IF YOU THINK THEY WILL SUPPORT YOU NO MATTER WHAT??????? Description of Work: I purchased a part at this location, was told that if it was not the right one to keep my receipt and return it. I brought the part home, tried it and noted immediately that it was not the right size. It never was used or put into the water. When I went to take it back, the service department person asked me if it had been used. I told them, no. He said it was faded and that he could not accept it back. It is exactly as I received it. I noted on an identical part that it had a price tag attached... the one that they sold me did not. I feel that they sold me a used part. I do NOT trust them and would advise others to be very careful of what they purchase from this outfit. It is not the amount of money involved, it is the integrity of the company and the employees on their staff.

THEY ARRIVED ABOUT 1 HOUR EARLY. THEY INSTALLED THE HOT WHERE WE SPECIFIED. THE GENTLEMAN WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMED ON THE HOT TUB. THEY WERE CONTRACTED BY WATSON'S TO DO THE INSTALLATION AND WERE NOT EMPLOYEES OF WATSON'S. THE ADVICE ON THE CHEMICAL USAGE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ACCURATE. THIS IS BASED ON TUB PERFORMANCE AND ADVICE COLLECTED FROM OTHER HOT TUB OWNERS.
Description of Work: INSTALLED HOT TUB. HOOKED UP SUPPLIED ELECTRIC, FILLED HOT TUB, ADDED CHEMICALS, AND EXPLAINED CLEANING PROCESS FOR FUTURE MAINTENANCE.

WE WENT TO WATSON'S WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR POOL TABLES. THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF TABLES. WE WERE LOOKING FOR AN AMERICAN MADE TABLE AND THE SALESMAN SHOWED US ONE WHICH HE SAID WAS AMERICAN MADE. WE LIKED THE TABLE AND PUT A DEPOSIT ON IT. ON FURTHER CHECKING ON THE ITEM, WE FOUND IT WAS MADE IN VIETNAM. I DON'T KNOW IF THE SALESMAN DIDN'T KNOW THE FACTS OR JUST WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. THEY DID REFUND OUR DEPOSIT PROMPTLY.

I PURCHASED 2 SETS OF GAS LOGS IN MARCH. HOWEVER, I DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED UNTIL MAY, WHEN WE GOT POSSESSION OF OUR NEW HOME. MANY PHONE CALLS AND TRIPS TO THEIR STORE RESULTED IN THEM NOT HAVING THEM WHEN I NEEDED THEM. THIS HAPPENED TWICE. SALES PEOPLE WERE NICE AS WELL AS THE INSTALLER OF THE LOGS. THE WAREHOUSE NEEDS TO BE MORE ORGANIZED.

Description of Work: I ORDERED PATIO FURNITURE MAY 21, 2004. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD ARRIVE IN 3 TO 4 WEEKS. PART OF IT DID SHOW UP JULY 4TH, TWO OF THE PIECES WERE BROKEN. THEY CAME OUT TO INSPECT THEM AND SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THEM AND NEVER DID. I HAVE CALLED 5 WEEKS IN ROW, EACH TIME THEY HAVE SAID, "IT IS IN ROUTE BEING SHIPPED." I STOPPED IN TODAY AND SPOKE TO MR. BRUCE RICHARDS, THE GENERAL MANAGER, AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAD BEEN GOING ON. I ASKED FOR HIM TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF OUR DELIVERY, AND HE SAID THERE WAS NO WAY TO DO CONTRARY TO WHAT WE HAVE BEEN TOLD WHENEVER WE HAVE CALLED IN.

MY HOT TUB HAS EXPERIENCED A FEW UNRELATED PROBLEMS SINCE THE FIRST TIME I USED WATSON'S AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR THE PROBLEM ON THE FIRST VISIT AT A REASONABLE COST.THE TECH, DANNY, IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HOT TUBS AND HAS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SERVICING THEM. HE WAS ABLE TO CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM WITH MY SPA FROM MY DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE. I HAD PREVIOUSLY HAD ANOTHER SPA SALES AND SERVICE COMPANY MAKE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR THIS PROBLEM WITHOUT ANY SATISFACTION.
